Denna studioenhet har nyligen renoverats i juni 2018 med en queen size-sÀng, utdragbar bÀddsoffa. Bord, 2 stolar m / pentry och hiss soffbord för extra matplats. Stort hörnfönster med fantastisk utsikt över havet. Den hÀr enheten Àr perfekt för en familj pÄ fyra eller för flickor att komma undan. Du kan lÀgga vid 1 av 2 pooler i bekvÀma loungestolar, dÀr den uppvÀrmda poolen ligger pÄ vÄr sida. BÄda poolerna har tydliga vindsköldar för att skydda dig frÄn de riktiga blÄsiga dagarna sÄ att du inte blir kall under vintermÄnaderna (januari & Februari). Eller dra upp en stol under paraplyet med bordet & lÀsa en bok eller lyssna pÄ din musik. NÀr du har fÄtt dina matvaror behöver du inte lÀmna fastigheten om du inte vill, eftersom allt ligger inom gÄngavstÄnd.

A great place to stay in Daytona

This place is very nice and extremely clean. The pool and the courtyard were very nice with great grills. There was also a great workout room with free weights, nice machines, and professional treadmills. We like the security of the facility and the direct access to the beach. The staff were helpful and readily available. We highly recommend this place.

Third time staying, third time enjoyed!

This is our 3rd year staying here and we will continue to go back. Has everything you need within the condo for a day at the beach, super close to plenty of restaurants and shopping, and about 15 minutes from the Speedway. Ruth is always friendly and fast to respond!

Second time staying, will be more!

This is the second time staying here and it won’t be our last. It’s a nice, quiet area with beach access basically outside of the front door. Ruth has the condo set up with all the essentials PLUS some (beach chairs!). We started coming to Rockville and have plans to continue each year. Ruth/this condo will be our top choice each year

Perfect vacation spot!

I loved this condo! It had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. It's the perfect size, and the host has provided for all of my needs. Even better, I was able to walk to the beach quite quickly! I hope to return soon!

Was a cute little place, perfect for the 2 of us. Close to the beach, close to grocery stores. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

The unit was very nice. Clean, updated, and comfortable. The pool was great. Convenience location. Contact with the unit owner was perfect also.

Will return!

We had a great time. There isn’t much reason to leave the property at all. Gas station and souvenirs across the street, beach access and a pool right by the unit. They also had a rinse off hose that made things a million times easier. This was the best FLorida trip we had so far! Not to mention we were able to watch the rocket launch!!! We will be back but for longer next time. This place won my heart!

Always a great stay

This is the second time we stayed at this property and it was great. The tv messed up and they were there to fix it first thing in the morning (because I told them they didn’t need to come that night because it was late). Excellent customer service!

Great location

Our stay was great! The sea wall was damaged in hurricane but still had one pool available. Access to beach was a little challenging but it was doable.Our room was great Ruth our host was awesome. It was very relaxing time will definitely go again.

Amazing, will be back!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay. Super clean, and just a few steps from the beach for all the lounging you’d like (it was so nice not having to drive or walk far!) The keyless entry is a great feature because we didn’t have to worry about keeping track of a key or card. This really had everything my husband and I could ask for to enjoy a little vacation without the kids. We’re already planning a trip for next year!

Ruth and Junior were wonderful to work with. The place was exactly what we expected. Despite some weird moments due to traveling right after the hurricane things went completely smooth. I would recommend this place for a getaway!

Beautiful

This condo is beautifully decorated clean and bed comfortable. It is very close to both the beach and one of the pools. It a very short walk to laundry room, restaurant and convenient store. Well worth the money.

Gorgeous cozy condo

Ruth was so great to work with and accommodate our needs. The condo is gorgeous and smelled so good. Very clean and cozy. My husband and I had a getaway just the 2 of us for my birthday and we enjoyed it very much. We are already planning to book with Ruth again.

The water was even more beautiful than I remember! It's the perfect location. Easy and quick access to the beach and onsite pool area. Our family of 4 will definitely be back stay at Mrs. Ruth's place! And, as usual, Mrs. Ruth was communicative and nice!

Perfect Vacation

Our vacation was a close to perfect as you can get. The studio was clean and the space was enough for us. The kiddy pool was perfect for our 1 year old. Ruth was very accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this again. This little place is a great value for the money. Thank you Ruth!

Absolutely the best!

This was hands down the absolute best experience as this was our very first vacation! It was extremely clean! Looked just like the pictures! Mrs. Ruth & her husband are wonderful people! They responded extremely fast anytime I contacted them about anything! If I could give them a million stars I would!!!! It is right on the beach! You can hear the waves crashing right from the door! Everyone there were super nice! I was able to make wonderful memories with my little family! We will definitely be returning! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

La dame nous dit que ça fait 4 jours que l'air climatisé est brisé et son mari nous dit 1 mois

La dame m'a appelé 2 jours avant la location pour me dire que l'air conditionné était brisé depuis 4 jours et que durant mon séjour, elle serra réparer. Elle nous a fourni des fans trÚs bruyantes! Son mari est venu 2 jours aprÚs notre arrivée et admet que ça ferait un mois ! Nous avons manqué d'eau chaude un journée jusqu'au lendemain ! Elle a pas tien fait!

We have been coming to Daytona Beach since the late 70's. We purchased our first unit at Ocean Jewels in 1997. Our plan is to retire to the area sometime in the future. Many vacations have been spent here and we continue to return after all these years.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The property is located in a great location, within walking distance to most everything including the Famous Boardwalk, pier, Daytona Lagoon, movie theaters, arcade, shopping and much more. Ocean Jewels has 2 pools on site, beautiful grounds and outside picnic tables and grills.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Heated pool in winter within a few steps of unit.
Ground level, with parking right outside your door. Room has big windows with water view/beach view. If you need more room you may want to check my other listing @ vrbo#453567 which is right next door.
