The Space:
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to all of Orlando's theme parks and attractions, it is the perfect place to start your vacation adventures.
This two-story home has four themed bedrooms on the ground floor (each representing a House), including the master bedroom and attached bathroom, with a shower and tub, plus a walk-in closet. The second large, private master bedroom with attached private bath (representing the Headmasterâs Office) is located on the second floor.
Enjoy cooking in the full, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel at home, like a large refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove and oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, microwave and numerous pots, pans, kitchen utensils and serving utensils. Dine at the long solid wood dining table under the flickering chandelier and floating candles.
After eating, retire to into the common room for entertainment on the large-screen TV inside the faux fireplace with Netflix and the Nintendo Switch featuring popular games like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Mario Party and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Challenge each other to chess, complete a puzzle, enjoy provided board games like Monopoly, Risk, and Scrabble or read a book from the large eclectic collection.
Head outside for a barbecue on the covered patio with cozy rope lights overhead, relax on the loungers, swim in the pool, all under the lanais protective cover.
In the laundry room, you will find a washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron.

Guests have access to the entire house exclusively, which includes 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, patio, pool, patio, and laundry room. There are two parking spaces in the driveway available, and parking is allowed on the boulevard for additional vehicles.

We consider a party any number of guests over stated occupancy - a limit given to us by the HOA.
âą Our home can only accommodate 2 cars in the driveway. There is additional parking on the street (where there are no mailboxes), and guests can also park on the boulevard beside the home. The community does not allow parking of RVs, trailers, boats or buses.
âą There are surveillance cameras in use at the exterior front entrance of the home.
âą Tropical pests are endemic to our area. We have regular preventative pest control, but it's possible that a critter might sneak inside. Please help us keep them out by keeping windows & doors closed.
âą The pool and jacuzzi are not heated. Thankfully, Orlandoâs mild temperatures mean it is useable most of the year but please keep in mind that it might be too chilly to swim in the winter.
âą A BBQ is provided but please be sure to use it outside of pool screening to comply with local by laws.
