Very Good Stay
The property is as advertised. Entering the property presented a problem as I didn't know the keypad on the door lit up once touched, which led me to think I was using the wrong code. You must tap on the keypad connected to the knob in order for it to illuminate so you can enter the code. Not knowing this, I called the emergency number only to receive SEVERAL recordings. I found an overseas number and was finally able to connect with a live person who helped me that night. Also, upon my arrival, there was a cleaning bucket filled with dirty water left in the entryway, but it wasn't an issue, so we didn't report it. The house was well stocked with essentials to get you started for your stay. The not-so-good part was the stained carpets. With the beds being platform beds, close to the floor, the carpets should've been DEEP-cleaned before our stay. If sleeping close to the floor, or sitting low presents a problem, this is not the house you'll want to rent. The safety issue: the Jacuzzi lights needed replacement bulbs. After seeing a large possum inside the yard, I called to inquire about getting the bulbs replaced and was advised to use the pool lights. The pool lights do not provide adequate lighting needed for the area behind the Jacuzzi.Overall, it was a VERY good stay, but my husband and I would not stay at this property again for the simple reason of the low sofa and low platform beds.
