Nice stay

We loved our stay! We’ve been in several units I. The lighthouse and this one was by far the best! Nice and roomy with great views and close to the elevator.

Lovely!

What a perfect place! We had 2 baseball families enjoy this unit. Nicely located to all parks. And the owners were great about responding to all our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay with family!

We had a great stay! The condo accommodated everyone in the family. We had an issue with a piece of furniture breaking and I was able to easily contact management who came out and fixed it quickly! Will book in the future!

A week in Gulf Shores

This was an amazing week. The weather was perfect, not too hot, no too humid, but the property at The Lighthouse exceeded our expectations. The rooms were large, the location perfect, nice big balcony overlooking the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better location, better room and more successful vacation.

overall great stay. condo was clean. the community pool was not. wife wouldn't get in it. fyi if you have kids. lot of kids were swimming in it, but just not as clean as your home pool.

Condo clean.

Condo clean. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well stocked all basics needed for cooking. Very attentive staff appreciate calls to make sure all was ok upon check in and after. Only suggestion is sofa needs to be replaced soon & needs some more rugs.

Perfect family get away

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at The Lighthouse Condominiums. We weren’t aware of how beautiful and clean the beaches and city of Gulf Shores was and we were pleasantly surprised. The condo was very spacious for our family of 4. The kids loved the rooms and the amenities the property offered. Easy access to everything too, the beach, restaurants, and other activities during our stay. The biggest draw of interest for myself was the offering of free activities (played more golf in 4 days than I did all of last year at home) through iTrips. My wife and I have already discussed it and we will definitely be back. It was a fantastic property and location. Thanks for the great memories.

Perfect!

This spacious condo was perfect for a family of 5 and 2 grandparents. We loved being close to the beach and pool, and never felt like we were all on top of each other because it was so large. We were well prepared with a list of necessary items to bring, the kitchen tools were well stocked and the decor was cute. Everything worked really well, and we were close to the elevator and trash chute for convenience! It was quiet with no party or outside noise. Parking was convenient and easy. The only complaint is the master bedroom headboard is really squeaky, so any tossing and turning at night woke us both up!

Overall Good

The condo overall was nice, clean, good location, easy to access etc. There were some loose tiles, yet not really an issue, i had to fix a small leak in one of the bathrooms, the toilet in another was loose, the interest was HORRIBLE, it went out many times during our stay, and as it was a working vacation, i was disappointment in that. The biggest issue for us, we had two young children, and there was NO way to lock the front door from the interior, this is a major safety issue and should be rectified immediately, especially as the room with the kids bunk beds was next to the front door Yet, the building was good, well laid out, lots of elevators, two nice pools ( pool furniture was filthy). Given the minor issues, I would however recommend this place, and would come back again. Overall, i give it an 8 out of 10

I have this 3 stars because the beds are awful, every time you move, roll over, lay your child in the bed...IT CREEKS!! The mattresses are TERRIBLE!! Everyone woke up with such lower back pain! Funny I check out and drive to home, stay at a holiday Inn Express and my back feels great!The condo itself was nice, all appliances worked as they should. The air in the master bedroom does not work, so be prepared for the everyone else in the condo complaining they are freezing, while it was a balmy 79-80 in that room. Tvs in bedrooms are small, like computer lcd size. It has great views of the gulf and shipt delivers in the area. Id stay at the lighthouse again, but not #1215

Amazing! Great for families!

We absolutely LOVED staying here. The space was large for our family of 4 with a preteen & a teen. Plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. Super clean. Comfortable beds. We all had our own bedrooms/bathrooms since it is a 3/3. The master shower was a little small considering the size of the bathroom. Watch your elbows. Lol The location is great as it’s on the quiet end. Easy to find. Love that it’s a one way parking garage. The only downsides for us was the fact that it was a little confusing to get to the condo at first. Be aware that this condo is on the RIGHT side of the building. So the easiest route is to park on that side of the garage to use that elevator. It’s inside an enclosed glass area that is easy to miss as you have to go toward to building out of the garage to get to it. Once we found it, we were fine. The office is on the 2nd floor of the garage in the middle. You have to pay $50 for a parking pass. 13+ has to wear armbands when on the property. The staff was friendly. We will definitely be back!

Supplies & parking fee

The condo was beautiful overall. But the few supplies provided were cheap (TP & Paper towels). You got one each, which is fine, but at least make it better quality than a gas station provides. 1 tablet for the dishwasher and 1 bag for garbage - first time I've ever had to buy these supplies. Most owners want to ensure cleanliness. Family of 4 for a week. Master TV did not work and Master lights would not click off (pull string on ceiling fan). So we had to unscrew bulbs so the fan would stay on. Biggest surprise was a $25 parking permit. Most condos have free parking for their residents - complete joke. So while the place was very nice, I would not stay here again.
