They said they sprayed the day we got there but there were roaches. The beds were uncomfortable, there was some water damage on the ceiling, the dryer only worked on one setting which took us 3 loads to figure that out, the microwave also didn’t work properly. My main complaint is the roaches. We were gone most of the time so mostly only slept there. They sprayed the day we got there and we were there for a week and didn’t notice the roaches until the last day when we actually stayed there which ruined our entire trip. We had stayed at the Light House before and only had a few minor problems so wanted to stay again in a different unit. We definitely won’t be staying there again. The view is incredible but there are plenty of other places with a great view. Won’t be staying there again!

Dryer needs replaced, three hours to dry loads, and they were not large. Towels need updated graded, very thin. Condo was very clean and kitchen well stocked.

I’d book it again!

This property was A on cleanliness. The floorspace was more than expected. We arrived pretty late in the evening and my daughter-n-law did the check in process and bought our parking passes. She said it was an easy process. It was very affordable too! We didn’t use any of the perks as far as the excursion type things go because we were busy with a baseball tournament. The condo is very nice! Very roomy and was extremely clean. It almost appeared to have been recently renovated. The balcony was large, it had an excellent view. We even watched a wedding that took place on the beach from the balcony. Access is easy with a 6 or 7 digit code.The only suggestions we have to improve our stay would have been a few more dish towels and a Keurig coffee maker. There were a few loose floor tiles but nothing concerning. Should you decide to opt in on an extended stay at the discounted price, call to do so before 5 o’clock because we didn’t hear back until it was too late the next morning.

Amazing! Great for families!

We absolutely LOVED staying here. The space was large for our family of 4 with a preteen & a teen. Plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. Super clean. Comfortable beds. We all had our own bedrooms/bathrooms since it is a 3/3. The master shower was a little small considering the size of the bathroom. Watch your elbows. Lol The location is great as it’s on the quiet end. Easy to find. Love that it’s a one way parking garage. The only downsides for us was the fact that it was a little confusing to get to the condo at first. Be aware that this condo is on the RIGHT side of the building. So the easiest route is to park on that side of the garage to use that elevator. It’s inside an enclosed glass area that is easy to miss as you have to go toward to building out of the garage to get to it. Once we found it, we were fine. The office is on the 2nd floor of the garage in the middle. You have to pay $50 for a parking pass. 13+ has to wear armbands when on the property. The staff was friendly. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay with family!

We had a great stay! The condo accommodated everyone in the family. We had an issue with a piece of furniture breaking and I was able to easily contact management who came out and fixed it quickly! Will book in the future!

Overall Good

The condo overall was nice, clean, good location, easy to access etc. There were some loose tiles, yet not really an issue, i had to fix a small leak in one of the bathrooms, the toilet in another was loose, the interest was HORRIBLE, it went out many times during our stay, and as it was a working vacation, i was disappointment in that. The biggest issue for us, we had two young children, and there was NO way to lock the front door from the interior, this is a major safety issue and should be rectified immediately, especially as the room with the kids bunk beds was next to the front door Yet, the building was good, well laid out, lots of elevators, two nice pools ( pool furniture was filthy). Given the minor issues, I would however recommend this place, and would come back again. Overall, i give it an 8 out of 10

overall great stay. condo was clean. the community pool was not. wife wouldn't get in it. fyi if you have kids. lot of kids were swimming in it, but just not as clean as your home pool.
