Well-designed interior includes premium amenities like luxurious long-staple cotton sheets. Every detail thoughtfully considered in this walkable urban oasis. The perfect base for neighborhood exploration with your furry companions, and a serene sanctuary with designer touches throughout.
HOUSE RULES
Airbnb guests that have booked a stay have agreed to the house rules:
- Please be courteous of surrounding neighbors, particularly of the front house. We have cultivated a strong relationship to continue to host Airbnb guests. For noise / neighbor complaints guests will be fined or asked to leave the property without a refund.
- Guests must be over the age of 25.
- No parties &|or events, glitter, tape, or confetti without prior approval and fees.
- No smoking (vaping) or open flames of any kind. This includes incense. Guests who smoke will be charged a $500 additional cleaning fee.
- Please no loud music or noise after 8 PM.
- Please make sure ALL guests are registered. No photoshoots filming projects unless agreed upon when booking.
-If you live locally, we do not take last minute bookings.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Guests will be charged for missing or stained bath towels, comforter, sheets, or pillows.

REMINDER
- Security cameras/audio recording devices are located on the exterior of the property.

We attempt to properly maintain the vacation rental. The vacationer agrees to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem, so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible. Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he/she has no control. Fully met our needs - nice layout (great combination of private and common space), clean and bright, super location, easy check-in/ check-out. And relaxing in the hot tub was the perfect way to end busy days in Atlanta. We’ll be back!

Adorable rental in Grant Park

This is a fantastic rental for a stay in Atlanta! The neighborhood is safe and friendly. The rental itself is an ADU. Only drawback is the walkway is gravel and a paver path so rolling a suitcase isn't going to happen. Once you get to the door though, it is fantastic! Nice decorated and furnished, new condition and well layed out.The street parking was easily available every day. We uber'd downtown and used a parking app (recommend using a parking app if being thrifty) two days. Easy walk to the zoo and several local easteries in Grant Park. The hot tub and deck were so relaxing after a day of sightseeing!HIGHLY recommend!
