I had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described- clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, yet still quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, and check-in and check-out were super easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It is as pictured and I would definitely stay here again. They are still building nearby so there is some noise on weekdays, but I didn't mind. Check in is done through Virtual Front Desk, and you can access all of your check in details and stay information. There is a cafe nearby and Mamajuana Cafe is on the next block. It's about a 10 minute walk to 2nd street where there are more stores, bars, and restaurants. Rivers Casino and Dave and Busters also very close by. Parking was a little difficult, but the lot on the corner of Front St and Poplar St came in handy for 24 hour parking.

Our stay was good as it is located in an area walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars. The hosts communication was definitely a 10 out of out. There was consistent check in 's and if any assistance was needed the response was quick. The only issue was the up keep of the building and the suite itself. The hallway leading to the suite appeared to not be vacuumed in a while and there is lots of noise from surrounding neighbours in the building. The suite itself could use a bit of up keep as it has been used/lived in a lot. The area rug could have been replaced as it had multiple stains, the walls especially in the bathroom need a good coat of paint and some crumbs on the dinner table as well as the chairs. The suite could have been cleaned and presented a bit better for the price. However, the bed was very comfortable. It was a short stay for us therefore we let it be and overall was not that bad.

The house itself was nice, but the host’s communication was very disappointing. I stayed for 3 nights and reached out on the first day regarding issues with the WiFi — the provided network was not listed, and I never received a response. I also messaged about the TV, as all the apps were showing in black and white. I even sent a picture, but again, no reply. Additionally, for a 3-night stay, I expected at least an extra towel or some form of light room service, but nothing was provided. Overall, the lack of responsiveness significantly impacted the experience.

Excellent apartment with all the amenities you may need. The hosts were very friendly and responsible. There is a great security at the building which is truly helpful. The area seems to be safe. The metro stop is very closed to the property.
