As per building management policy, only one vehicle is allowed to be parked and registered per reservation. Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated in the parking garage or outside the garage. However, paid parking options are available nearby for any extra vehicles.

Linens & Couch Reminder:
We provide linens for the queen bed but do not offer extra towels, blankets, or sheets for the couch. If you plan to use it, please bring your own for a comfortable stay.

Failure to complete verification may result in booking cancellation.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome (dogs & cats only, max 2 pets) but must be disclosed upfront to avoid cancellation. Additional cleaning fees apply:
1-4 nights: $25 per night
5-29 nights: $200 total
30+ nights: $300 total
Undeclared pets will result in double fees.

Key Fob Policy
To ensure seamless access, please handle key fobs with care. Lost key fobs will incur a $500 replacement fee.

Trash Policy
To maintain cleanliness, do not leave trash in front of your unit door. A $250 fee may apply for non-compliance. Use designated bins and trash chutes located near the elevators on each floor.

Standard check-in: 4 PM
Standard check-out: 10 AM

Early check-in (2 PM) may be available for a $35 fee, subject to cleaning team approval.
Late check-out requests are subject to approval and cannot be guaranteed.
Check-in/out times set on Airbnb will not override our standard times.
