10 minuter frÄn Beaver Stadium och PSU Àr detta radhus det perfekta stÀllet att besöka State College för helgen. Oavsett om du besöker ett fotbollsmatch, examen eller Happy Volley, skulle vi gÀrna fÄ dig att kÀnna dig som hemma.

VÄr familj Àlskar familjetid, sÄ vi har lÀmnat bottenvÄningen mycket öppen för underhÄllande. Det finns gott om utrymme i köket för att ha stora middagar eller sittplatser i vardagsrummet för att titta pÄ spelet pÄ TV: n. Du har tillgÄng till alla apparater i köket (inklusive lÄngsam spis, ninja mixer, kaffekanna, vattenkokare, vanliga krukor, kokkÀrl, och redskap, etc.) och en hylla i kyl / frys. Te- och kaffebaren tillsammans med vÄra berömda chokladchipkakor vÀntar alltid varje resenÀr vid ankomst.

Bara nÄgra hus ner ligger en park med en basketplan, stort grÀsytor och djungelgym för barnen. Omgivningen har trottoarer som Àr perfekta för en jogging eller promenad.

Vackra historiska Bellefonte centrum ligger bara en mil bort. GÄ en promenad genom Talleyrandsparken eller utforska de gamla antikaffÀrerna och butikerna.

This spot was perfect for our group of 8 to stay while in town for a football game. The townhome was clean and spacious with welcoming hosts. It was a great location, an easy drive to the stadium and it was easy to get Ubers to the downtown.

Bellefonte is conveniently located near Penn State, stores, restaurants, etc. Great communication from the owner.

Better than advertised

This property was said to have 2 queens and one twin in bedrooms with more sleeping options in the family room. It actually had a king in the master and an extra twin, which was great.About 15 minutes to the BJC and stadium and plenty of parking.

This is probably the cleanest home we have ever stayed in. Stephen was incredible with his communication. While we did not have a reason to contact him during our stay, he gave us a number to call should a concern arise. We stayed here for a Penn State football weekend with extended family. The travel time to/from downtown State College was closer to 15 minutes with light traffic. Add some time to that when traveling to the tailgate lots on game day but again we traveled when the traffic was lighter. Would stay here again for sure!

Football Game

My family and I went to our first Penn State Football game, while visiting my son at the University. The stay was perfect! Great location, home was very warm and cozy. Stephan was quick to respond to all my questions!! Highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay for PSU graduation. Beautiful home and good location (about 10-12 min from campus). Nice neighborhood and neighbors. Owners are very nice, accommodating, responsive, and helpful. Check in and out was easy. We 100% recommend!

Perfect football weekend stay!

My friends and I loved this home! It was perfect for our group who came in for a football weekend. It is a short uber to the stadium and downtown. Looked exactly as it was listed online and the host was super communicative! They also had extra toiletries in case anyone in our group forgot them. Will definitely be reaching out again in the future!

Perfect!

Brought my husband, sister in law,father in law and my 2 kids here for a wonderful few days. It was PERFECT! very beautiful and loved that there were treats and a coffee bar fully stacked for us! We were given great tips for game day travels! We will be back!

Family Penn State Football weekend

Everything was really wonderful about arranging and staying in this home. Stephen and Erin were perfectly communicative and the process was very easy. The home is very comfortable and very convenient to the University. It was a great weekend!

Spotless cozy home

We have now stayed at this property twice. The owners were extremely informative and easy to communicate with. The house is a lovely well maintained home and fit our needs for both a football weekend with friends and a graduation with our family which included a toddler. I would highly recommend this home to anyone attending any Penn State functions.

Lovely Clean Townhouse

We traveled to Bellfonte for a Penn State football game as our son attends Penn State. It was an easy drive from the townhouse to the stadium. The home was comfortable and clean and owned by a nice young family. The owners made sure we had everything we needed and were open to us getting in touch with them at any point during the weekend should we have questions. They were always prompt leading up to our visit to answer any questions we had.

Clean, Good Location, Great Stay!

This house is very nice, clean and is as advertised. Plenty of clean linens, towels and supplemental bedding for the air mattress, and pull-out couch. Bedrooms are small, but can accommodate 5 guests in the three bedrooms. There is only one t.v. in the living area, but we were there for a football weekend, so we did not need additional t.v.'s for our group. Bathrooms were clean and owner supplied shampoo and soap. They also supplied a "forgot basket" with travel toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other toiletries. Plenty of room in the refrigerator for food and drink as we were a group of 10 adults who love to cook! Owners also supplied a Keurig and coffee pods. Small house, but just enough for a group of 10 (3 guests sharing one common area and 2 guests sharing another common area). Short distance to Beaver Stadium. Will definitely look to stay here again.

We love living life inside a close knit community of friends and also getting outside to explore the world. Together, we've led missions around the world, enjoyed writing music and poetry, and played ultimate frisbee professionally.
