We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

East Denver is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood located in the city of Denver, Colorado. It offers a unique blend of urban and suburban living, with easy access to downtown Denver while still maintaining a sense of community and natural beauty.

The area is known for its abundance of recreational landmarks, such as Cherry Creek State Park, as well as its diverse array of dining and shopping options. East Denver is also home to a variety of cultural attractions and events, making it a great destination for visitors and residents alike.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive use of the lower level unit of the duplex with a dedicated entrance. Additionally, the driveway is shared with the upper-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles. The upper level unit can also be rented separately, and may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

Please note that there are a few outbuildings on the property that you will not have access to and there are commercial garages, cars, and trailers behind the home.

Sleeping arrangements
Four well-appointed bedrooms provide a restful place to settle in at the end of the day. The primary bedroom features a king bed and its own TV, while each of the three additional bedrooms is furnished with a queen bed. Soft linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades create a calming environment for restful sleep.

Living spaces
The open living area combines comfort and convenience, with a cozy sectional positioned in front of the 65" Smart TV. A second TV in one of the bedrooms allows everyone to unwind in their own way. High-speed Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection keep you connected, whether you are streaming, working, or browsing.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a flat-top stove, and all the cooking basics you need. Brew fresh coffee in the morning, enjoy a quick meal with the microwave or toaster, or prepare family dinners with ease using the oven, dishwasher, and stocked cookware. The dining table seats six, creating a welcoming space for shared meals.

Bathrooms
Two newly remodeled bathrooms provide glass-enclosed showers, ample vanity space, and hotel-style toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and shower gel. With two full baths available, guests can enjoy convenience and privacy even when traveling in a group.

Amenities
This home includes practical touches such as a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, portable fans, and essentials like towels, soap, and toilet paper. Families will appreciate the pack ’n play/travel crib, board games, and babysitter recommendations. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Outdoor living and parking
Although set in East Denver, the one-acre lot offers a sense of space that is rare in the city. Outdoor furniture provides a place to relax, and parking is simple with both on-site and street options. The private entrance and single-level layout with no stairs make the home easily accessible.

Neighborhood
Located in a quiet but diverse neighborhood, the home offers a balance of calm and convenience. Grocery stores, restaurants, and cultural landmarks are close by, while Cherry Creek State Park and downtown Denver are within easy reach. An e-manual provided in the suite offers recommendations for local hikes, dining, and attractions.

East Denver offers a wide range of transit options, whether you prefer to ride the bus, light rail or drive. In addition to bus routes, the area also has access to light rail service through the RTD's Denver Light Rail system. This makes it easy to get around the city and explore all that East Denver has to offer. The nearest station to the home is located within a short distance and can be reached by bus or bike.

Additionally, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also available in the area, providing another convenient option for transportation.

Please be aware that this unit is the lower suite of an up/down duplex, and the upper unit is also available for rent. Each unit has its own dedicated entrance. Additionally, the driveway is shared with the upper-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles.
