Welcome to your Denver retreat - a spacious, comfortable home base for families & groups to relax after city adventures:

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive use of the lower level unit of the duplex with a dedicated entrance. Additionally, the driveway is shared with the upper-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles. The upper level unit can also be rented separately, and may be occupied by other guests during your stay.
Please note that there are a few outbuildings on the property that you will not have access to and there are commercial garages, cars, and trailers behind the home.

The open living area combines comfort and convenience, with a cozy sectional positioned in front of the 65" Smart TV. A second TV in one of the bedrooms allows everyone to unwind in their own way. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a flat-top stove, and all the cooking basics you need. The dining table seats six, creating a welcoming space for shared meals.
