Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied access at check-in in accordance with the Building Parking Policy.
Examples of vehicles that will be turned away at check-in include:
1. Cars with breathalyzers, makeshift or unsafe controls, or faulty brakes.
2. Large vehicles, such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, 10-passenger or larger vehicles, or any vehicle exceeding the height limit of 6'8".
3. Dually trucks or service trucks with wide wheel wells, lockers, or containers (difficult to maneuver in the garage).
4. Vehicles with aftermarket lifts or oversized custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles with non-car-type controls.
Pets are allowed based on their size. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to avoid potential cancellations. A cleaning fee will apply for each pet:
- $25 per night, per pet for stays of 1-4 nights
- $200 per pet for stays of 5-29 nights
- $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or longer
Please note that the company is not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.
**Guest Verification Required Before Check-In**
To comply with legal and security standards, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact details, complete our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check. This information is only used for screening purposes and will not be stored or used for any other reason.
All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By making a reservation, you agree to:
- Follow our rental terms and conditions.
- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
- Undergo a background check if required by property management or the owner, as outlined in the rental agreement and booking terms.
- Complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions.
Guests must submit the required information within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). Reservations that do not meet the verification requirements may be canceled.
**Note:** Surveillance cameras are installed in the hallways for security purposes, and a Minut device is placed in the unit to monitor noise levels.
