Available for a limited 6-week summer rental in 2025, this two-story retreat blends modern comforts with thoughtful design and artistic details, making it the perfect setting for families, creatives, or anyone seeking peace and inspiration.
The Space
Built in 2003 with sustainability in mind, the home features solar panels, a solar pergola, and geothermal heating with radiant floors and central A/C. Enjoy the comfort of brand-new 2024 appliancesâwasher/dryer, stove, fridge, and dishwasherâplus a reverse osmosis water filtration system.
Inside, the space is rich in charm and craftsmanship, with custom woodwork throughout by renowned furniture maker David Ebner. The main floor includes a cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a primary bedroom with garden views and an en-suite bath. Upstairs, you'll find a loft bedroom with twin bed and private bathroom, and a bonus office room with a convertible futon. Additional sleeping space is available upon request.

Outdoor Living
The large wrap-around back patio (700 sq ft) is ideal for alfresco dining, shaded by the solar pergola and complete with picnic tables, lounge chairs, and a ping pong table. A screened-in porch, BBQ grill, and balcony overlooking the lake create multiple options to unwind. After a day outdoors, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or explore the lake by canoe or kayakâboth available to guests.
Extras & Amenities
Weekly housekeeping included (dishes, pans, and BBQ not included; we kindly ask guests to strip beds on laundry days).
Lawn service once a week (please ensure lawn is cleared).
Automatic sprinkler system set for early mornings.
On-site vegetable and berry gardenâhelp yourself!
