With 2 full bathrooms offering amenities like a bidet, tub, and 2 separate showers, and a powder room on the main floor. Additional spaces include a large living room with 20-ft ceiling, a dining table that comfortably seats 8, a private deck with BBQ for outdoor dining, a 4-person hot-tub, a laundry room and a bonus playroom that is great for kids.
The property features direct access to the beach via Anderson Cove Campground, 2 tennis courts, a swimming pool a large, outdoor hot-tub, a smaller (warmer) kiddie pool, and a clubhouse with a pool table and a fitness room containing an exercise bike, rowing machine, treadmill and a TV.
The home has wi-fi, a large TV in the living room, an upstairs office space and a separate drink fridge in the dining area. 2 paddleboards and 2 small plastic kayaks are available in the garage (kayaks are intended for people less than 120 lbs).
High quality mountain bike trails are within a 5 minute ride, and a large network of trails is available at Snowbasin Ski Resort (12 minutes away).
The town of Huntsville is 10 minutes away, with several restaurants and an excellent park. Grocery stores are available 15 minutes away in Eden or in Ogden. Salt Lake City is 50 minutes away.

We live in Salt Lake City, but come up to Huntsville and the Ogden Valley as often as possible. Snow stays late in the mountains, and it's fun to go up in May and June when the weather is the 70's and 80's and find the last hint of winter. The lake warms quickly and has good swimming in mid June through mid Sept. We love to paddleboard early in the morning when the lake is calm, and see the birdlife along the shoreline. There are excellent mountain bike trails within a 10 minute bike ride of the condo (smooth single-track through shady woods)
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The condos open onto a central grassy area. The pool, outdoor hot tub and tennis courts are located at one end of the complex. A large grassy area at the rear of the complex faces directly out to the lake: a great place for a small soccer game, volleyball or yard games. We know many of the neighbors and there are often children that are our son's age (11) for him to play with.

The living room has a 20-ft ceiling, providing great light and space. The deck is very private, and allows for lovely evening hot-tubbing. There are large trees in front of the unit providing shade in the late afternoon and early evening when you are likely to BBQ (Many of the adjacent units do not have this shade). There is also a shaded ground-level eating area
