This stylish boutique hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Downtown Tucson, walking distance from the Fox Theater, convention center, restaurants, bars and the street car to the University of Arizona.
This beautiful historic building has been transformed into a contemporary boutique self check-in hotel with an upscale cocktail bar. The rooms have 14ft ceilings and are tastefully renovated with oversized bath tubs and comfortable lounge spaces.
King and queen sized suites include a small lounge area and coffee making facilities. It’s the perfect destination for a downtown stay.
The Unicorn Zebra merges the convenience and autonomy of a vacation rental with amenities of a hotel. The Unicorn Zebra cocktail bar is a local favorite in the lobby. You will be provided with a code to access the building and your room. If you need anything, you can connect directly with the owners via text, email or your booking platform.
Located in a historic neighborhood just off the main downtown scene with easy walking access to all the attractions but the benefit of staying in a quiet neighborhood.

The street car to the university and MSA Annex stops across the street from the building. Main downtown sites are all within walking distance and access to the I10 is a 2 minute drive.
Please note that the property has two main floors. To access the loft area, you will need to climb a flight of stairs.
