Hey friends - Josh here. I'm a South Florida native who made his way to Connecticut with several stops along the way, the most recent of which was several years living in scenic Moab, UT. I'm an outdoor educator who spends his time working and playing outside doing activities like rock climbing, trail running, and mountain biking. Since moving to Connecticut I've fallen in love with all that New Haven has to offer, and I'm stoked to be able to help share that with you as well!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
As someone who loves to move, I love being able to walk wherever I'm going. The location of this apartment allows me quick and easy walking to the New Haven Green (at the time of writing it is so lovely in the Green with the trees in full bloom!), bars, restaurants, and Yale! It is just as easy to go the other direction to Wooster Square for a slice of Pepe's or Sally's pizza, and a personal favorite is that I can walk to the nearby rock climbing gym. For those who want to commute, the train station is right nearby, allowing access to Hartford and NYC.

Youâll have KING beds in both bedrooms, two FULL bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen (with coffee ready!), fast WiFi, a gym in the building, and your own in-unit washer and dryer â everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The location is spot-on too â just a short walk to the New Haven Green, Yale, incredible restaurants, Wooster Squareâs famous pizza spots, and even East Rock Park if you're up for a hike and some awesome city views. With a Walk Score and Bike Score of 98, getting around is super easy â no car needed.
