Overall great experience, house could’ve been cleaner, hot tub could’ve been better upon arrival, however it was cleaned quickly by resort staff. Great layout for a large family!

Our group of boys and dads had a wonderful carefree time! Host and check in desk were very responsive and helpful. Will definitely return with our family!

Clean, new and well maintained home. The pool, slides and lazy river were so fun and the beach was pristine! Our only issue was finding where you check in upon arriving! But other than that we had a great time making new memories with family and friends that feel like family!

The location of as excellent for everyone in our home!! Quick, easy access to the water park, easy access to the beach, and so much space for each family to have the “area”.

Margarittaville is beautiful! Loved our time here. Everything is walkable and nice. Couple things to think about. Hot tub gets dirty quickly and they will not clean unless you pay 500. We wanted to vacuum our floors/carpet, they don’t have vacuums. The resort cookware is minimum. We went out and bought 2 pans, no flat pans. No salt and pepper. You need to buy everything. House is minimally stocked. Lazy river only has like foam pool noodle floats so bring inflatable tubes. Food was very good from there properties menu.

The house is beautiful and a great size for a big family. We had 10 adults and 1 toddler. 7 bedrooms was perfect, 6.5 bathrooms was great. However the living room only had a couch and 2 chairs, so it only sits 5 people comfortably. So limited amount of space to sit in living area with a big family. Kitchen was nice and had enough counter space and cabinets. Could use more pots and kitchen supplies. We brought a lot of our own so it was not a big deal. Dining room table was big but the bench on one side did not match the length of the table so you could fit less people because of the smaller bench. It would have been better to have more chairs to seat more people around the table.The bedrooms were all nice with their own bathrooms. No problems there. The house was somewhat clean, bathrooms and bedrooms and kitchen were clean except for the floors. There was hair and debris on floor but also your feet got dirty walking around barefoot. The location of the house is ideal. Close access to the beach and the beautiful pool and lazy rice were right across the street. That was a big plus for our family. The service at Margaritaville was excellent. They came quickly when we had a leak. I would definitely stay there again.
