Tucked into 58 private acres in the Smoky Mountains, this fully renovated barndominium offers a cozy, rustic-modern escape just minutes from top local attractions like Harrah’s Cherokee Casino, whitewater rafting on the Nantahala River, and scenic drives along the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Upstairs features two king-sized beds with plush, guest-loved mattresses, a smart TV, dressers, end tables, and a separate lounge space with leather recliners.
Downstairs, enjoy an open-concept layout with a fully stocked kitchen (no food but all the essentials)—granite island, stainless appliances, cooking essentials, a nugget ice machine, and a coffee bar. The space flows into a comfy living area with smart TV, Wi-Fi, and indoor games like skee-ball, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
Additional amenities include a full bathroom with shower, full-sized washer and dryer, heating/AC, and ample parking. Outside, you're surrounded by peaceful forest with space to explore and roam freely.

We’re a family of six who love to travel and make memories together—especially in the Smoky Mountains. After years of visiting this area (where my parents live nearby), we finally found the perfect spot to share with others.
With four kids ranging from toddler to teen, we know the value of space, comfort, and family-friendly fun. Some of our favorite nearby spots include Downtown Pizza in Murphy—an all-you-can-eat pizza and salad bar with a game room—and Harrah’s Cherokee Casino, which has a bowling alley, arcade, and food court the whole family enjoys. We also love hiking on the property, whitewater rafting nearby, and catching first-run movies at a charming, budget-friendly theater just 10 minutes away.
We hope you’ll enjoy this special place as much as we do—it’s become our family’s favorite escape.

We chose this area because it offers the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and natural beauty while still being close to town and activities. Every visit brings something new—deer, wild turkey, and other wildlife are regular visitors. It’s a place where we can unplug, explore the outdoors, and truly slow down as a family.

We are on a huge private tract of land, nearly 60 acres. We are surrounded by forestry on 2 additional sides, so you feel very private and isolated, but you are only 10 minutes from grocery store. It is the best of all worlds.
