Our condo was well positioned in the property to get the maximum view of the bay/gulf.The swim up bar was not open but one day during our stay which was disappointing. One of the three condos had a maintenance issue(the handle of the sliding glass door was lying in the floor). It was reported immediately but never repaired during the five day stay which prevented access to the balcony.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for noting the great views from the condo. We are sorry for the disappointment with the swim-up bar hours and the unresolved sliding door issue, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. Your feedback has been shared with our on-site team so they can address these concerns more promptly in the future.

The condo was very clean and we had a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. The only disappointment I had is when I turned the keys in for the 2 condos I rented the front desk lady was a bit rude. She said I needed to go down and scan all 4 keys to see which key went to which condo. I felt that wasn't my responsibility. She then replied "I'll just do it." Her name was Iroinee. The other front desk employees were vey nice. I will definitely stay in this condo next time I visit.

What a wonderful weekend! The Host has thought of everything - you can tell she cares about her condo and it's not just there to rent out. Everything was clean, comfortable and cozy. I will definitely be back to this condo - what a gem!
