Discover this 2-bedroom New Condo in Wellen Park. This amazing condo features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Two screened lanai's and first floor condo access - the back lanai overlooks the 2nd Fairway. This is a Resort Style community with golf, resort pool, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center and a Tiki Bar. Brand new unit. After going to Florida for over 40 years we finally bought a Condo in the Venice/Sarasota area - Wellen Park. Newer area and very close to the Beach. Our development has a Resort feel with Pools, Pickleball, Tennis, Fitness Center, and Golf.
