Castaway II är ett vackert strandhem som ligger mindre än 100 meter från den vackraste, och kanske minst tråkiga stranden var som helst! Hemets 4 sovrum och 3 badrum, tillsammans med full storlek, komplett kök, äta bar, rymlig matplats, häll och tvättstuga erbjuder generöst rum för din vistelse. Hemmet har kakelgolv (utom sovrum), är fullt möblerat, med ett fullt möblerat kök, med alla nödvändiga små apparater, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn och spis; -Allt du behöver för en lugn och avkopplande semester i vår "no condo" enfamiljshus. Alla sängkläder och handdukar ingår utan extra kostnad. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i hemmet för din användning; TV-apparater i vardagsrummet och sovrummet med satellit för din njutning, tillsammans med DVD- och videospelare.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng; ett annat sovrum har två enkelsängar; och de återstående två sovrummen har vardera queen size-sängar.

Det främre däck vetter mot öster - perfekt för att njuta av en soluppgång i Gulf Coast och är skuggad på eftermiddagen för att njuta av utsikten över viken och de ständiga vikbrisen. Detta hus ligger ungefär 300 fot (längd på en fotbollsplan) från viken - gatan (Bernard Court East) återvänder på stranden för direkt tillgång till stranden. få tillgång till stranden.

Det finns ett extra kylskåp under huset för din användning. Området under huset är betong som ger en parkeringsplats och / eller skuggad lekplats för barn. Det finns gott om parkering utanför gatan för flera fordon, din båt eller andra vattenskotrar.

Alkohol är tillåtet på våra stränder, liksom husdjur. Du är fri att lämna parasoller på plats över natten.

Wow!

Our vacation plans for Colorado fell through a week before we were supposed to go so we booked our trip to Fort Morgan on a whim. This was our first time staying here and WOW!! This property was SO SO perfect for our family. Clean & so close to the beach, we were all thrilled! We met Joe & he was so kind! This place was such a gift to us this week. Thank you SO much for an awesome property that you allowed us to enjoy for the week!

Guys trip

The house was everything we could have asked for. Guys trip with plan to go deep sea fishing, & the house was convenient to the marina & spacious enough for all 6 of us to be comfortable with plenty of room to spare. There was an issue that we needed to contact the owner about, & she was easy to contact & handled the issue promptly. Plan on staying here again.

Wonderful time

First time in Fort Morgan and booked on a whim. Loved the location and access to beach (quick and easy for kids) the house was very homey and perfect size. Spent most the time out on the beach. Loved that we didn’t have to pack beach toys or our wagon because they had those there, same with towels, rags, etc. We can’t wait to book again!

Perfect family getaway

Great for a family. Short walk to the beach. Very nice house, well equipped and pet friendly. We have stayed here 3 times and now will probably make it a 4th next year.

Great

So close to the beach and quiet neighborhood. House is huge with great kitchen and plenty of cooking utensils (first one I stayed at that had a cast iron skillet) Owners frequently in neighborhood and available without being intrusive. Beach was lovely and just steps away. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Will be back!

Great Location for Your Beach Stay

This home is a great location for your beach stay. The property is dated, but maintained. Our beds were comfortable, and it was relatively quiet considering all the neighbors were also on vacation. There is no internet service at the property, which was frustrating. The owners have this home between two other of their properties, and have you tether off one of the adjoining property’s routers for internet service. This limited internet use to specific areas of the house. Also, the property owner would show up unannounced. While it was nice to have things fixed in a timely manner, you never knew when there would be a knock at your door from one of the owners.

Great family vacation spot

We can't say enough good things about this property and the owners! Joe and Tina were friendly and welcoming. The house was perfect for our family of 6 and fur baby. Very close to the beach. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Great Family Property

Communicating with the property owner was easy, and they were so nice and very accommodating. The house had everything we could possibly need, the property was in a very safe area, super close to the beach, very friendly neighbors, quiet area…I can’t say enough good things about our stay. This was our first time renting a home and using Vrbo, and I don’t know that we’ll ever stay in a hotel again. Would definitely recommend!

Walk to beach!!

Very spacious...Love that you can walk to the beach in a couple minutes!!! Super quiet! Make sure you take lots of food cause not much out there! House was good setup...pans need updating and furniture also especially some of the mattresses but it was a nice week!!!!

Loved it!

We go to Fort Morgan every year. This is the first time staying this far down and it was very quiet and friendly. We had everything we needed in the house. There was a mix up with the date and the cleaning was not finished yet but it was an easy fix and the property owner was very nice. Loved having the extra things for the beach in the room downstairs to take with us.

Relaxing Stay

Overall experience at Castaway II was wonderful. The house was comfortable and in a great location. The beach was only steps away. Hosts were gracious and quick to respond when I had a question. Highly recommend this spot🙂

Outstanding Week at a beautiful beach!

Castaway II was a spacious and beautiful home located a really short distance from the beach. Plenty of room for my husband and I and adult sons with their girlfriends to spread out. Tina and Joe were great to work with and helpful and responsive if needed. Fort Morgan is family /pet friendly so it’s a real great place to relax and get away to! Only down side is if you forget something at store, you have a ways to go back to the busy gulf shores area—BUT that is also a plus in my book!

Perfect House for family of 9

We are native Alabamians. We live in Tallassee, Alabama.
Joe and I enjoy actively participating in our Church, traveling with our friends, boat rides, fishing and shrimping, riding the ferry to Dauphin Island, bike rides in the Fort Morgan and Dauphin Island area, and enjoying the prettiest beach in the world- here in Ft. Morgan!

Varför värden valde detta boende

The Fort Morgan area reminds us of how Gulf Shores was forty (40) years ago- prior to the proliferation of condos. Ft. Morgan is a quiet, peaceful place to relax and enjoy the pristene white sandy beach, salt air, and ever-present Gulf breezes; a community of single-family homes; with great neighbors and friends.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Only a short walk (less than 100 yards-the length of a football field). Our street (Bernard Court East) actually dead ends onto the beach- there is no cutting through other property owner's yards, or walking down the beach front road east or west to access the 'public' areas. The Gulf ( and Bay views when leaves are off the trees in the Fall and Winter) can be enjoyed from the front deck. Since the house is located about a 1/4 mile away from Fort Morgan Marina, and approximately a mile from the Ft. Morgan historic site with public boat launch and fishing pier (to be remodeled in the coming year), there are a lot of fishing and boating activities available- we enjoy shrimping and fishing in Mobile Bay.
