Guest access
Northridge Villas:

-Access by Northridge Rd., parking is available for all guests. To get to the condo, there are three flights of stairs on Stairway "D" that will bring you to our building. G26 is directly to the right, and access is ground level. There is no parking directly in front of the condo, although there is a spot to load/unload and turn back around to park at the top of the community. We'll provide a handy map when you book!

Peak Escape Condo
- A day before check-in, we'll provide the access code for the front door. Guests will have access to the entire condo.
- PLEASE NOTE that there are both interior and exterior stairs to help guests access the bottom floor. Watch your step!
- Wifi password will be provided the day before check in.
- We provide linens, towels, paper towels, bath tissue, and basic toiletries. We'll provide check-out instructions the day before check-out for your convenience.
Other things to note
Stairs. There are three flights of stairs down to access Peak Escape from the parking lot.

You can pull your car down Northridge Rd. to load/unload baggage if needed, but there is no public parking on the bottom of the hill. All parking is at the top of the hill. We'll send you a map to make it easy when you arrive.

If there’s snow or ice on the ground, we strongly suggest 4WD and/or snow chains. There are several vendors on Beech Mountain that rent and sell snow chains.
