The Whitefish Stumptown Loop (LT) is a charming long-term rental (90-day minimum) tucked away in a peaceful Whitefish neighborhood. Take in the beauty of Whitefish's great outdoors, with Whitefish Lake State Park just a short stroll away. Enjoy the lively energy of downtown Whitefish, and during the winter months, thrill in the snow-covered slopes of Whitefish Mountain Resort.

This two-story home spans 2,002 square feet and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Stepping through the inviting front door into an open-plan living area showcasing the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room area features a plush sofa and accent seating, creating a cozy spot to unwind by the warm glow of the gas fireplace, beautifully complemented by soaring ceilings and elegant wood flooring. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances including a 6-burner gas range and comes stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare a mouthwatering meal. The kitchen island offers seating for two. There is also a dining room table with seating for 4 people. Outside, Fire up the propane BBQ on the back deck to prepare your favorite meals in the fresh mountain air. Start your day with a peaceful morning coffee on the front porch, where comfortable seating awaits.

The upper-level loft features cozy sofa seating, a 77” Smart TV, and a Queen-size Murphy bed, providing extra sleeping accommodations. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an adjustable frame and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity, shower, and a claw foot soaking tub. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and there is also a full shared bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.

In the winter, downhill skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort provides 3,000+ skiable acres, 14 lifts with terrain for all skill levels and stunning views. The resort was recently ranked #3 in the West by Ski Magazine readers! There are plenty of other winter activities from snowmobiling, cross country skiing, ice fishing, hiking, snowshoeing and more. Of course, you'll also want to explore downtown Whitefish eateries and galleries and don't miss Winter Carnival with a parade and skijoring!

In the summer, enjoy all the watersports imaginable at Whitefish Lake, or any of the 100+ lakes & rivers within 100 miles, including Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48! Whitefish Mountain Resort also provides endless activities such as mountain biking, hiking, zip-lining, ropes courses, alpine slides, and scenic chair or gondola rides (with Glacier National Park views). Speaking of Glacier National Park, it's only 45 minutes away from Whitefish! Don't miss the breathtaking Going-To-The-Sun road, Lake McDonald, and 70+day hikes! You'll also want to take advantage of the Whitefish Trail system with 43 miles of hiking & biking trails, as well as great restaurants, art galleries, breweries, distilleries, a train museum, golf courses and local events such as Huckleberry Days, farmer's markets, rodeos and Under the Big Sky music festival!

Getting around Whitefish and to Whitefish Mountain Resort is a breeze with the FREE snow bus! The snow bus is a free shuttle service during peak winter and summer seasons. There are stops all around town and on the mountain. Whitefish also has Uber, Lyft and Taxis.

Mid-stay cleanings are required for all reservations longer than 36 days. The first mid-stay clean is automatically included when you make your reservation. If your reservation requires more than one mid-stay clean, our Guest Service Team will reach out to collect the additional fees. Stay Montana will coordinate a day and time for these mid-stay cleans to occur to keep the loft clean and fresh for the duration of your stay.
