Beautiful and well located apartment in a new condominium in Barra!
Close to the Barra shopping mall and the beginning of the Barra-Ondina Carnival circuit! With double bed, smart TV, WI-FI, split air conditioning, full kitchen. Penthouse with swimming pool and gym. It has a garage and 24-hour reception. Games room, coworking, meeting room. Laundry with separate charge.
NOTE: - Documents are requested from all guests and will be checked at check-in to create a Face ID for access.
Perfect location: Barra Premium building. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, bakery, shopping center and pharmacy.
COMPOSITION OF ROOMS:
- Key in piggy bank with password next to the apartment door
- Space with double bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe with mirror (ATTENTION - the door on the right is locked and is not for guest use), split air conditioning, window with blackout curtain, smart TV with local channels, WI -FI, work space with chair, a puff that turns into a single bed (see photos before booking), iron
- Kitchen with small table and 2 benches, water filter, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, blender, two-burner induction cooktop and various kitchen accessories, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils (in the drawer below the sink cabinet)
- Bathroom with closet, hairdryer, mirror, shower box and electric shower
OTHER SERVICES:
- Guests can use the building's swimming pool, gym, games room, coworking space and meeting room. Laundry service is paid separately. The barbecue is not available to guests, subject to a fine.
