Complete renovation! From ceiling to floor and wall to wall, 518 Seascape has undergone a complete renovation. The results are incredible! Not only is 518 Seascape beautiful, but it incorporates eco-friendly materials and appliances throughout this excellent three-bedroom oceanfront condominium!
Here are just some of the many fantastic achievements at 518 Seascape: -
- The kitchen countertops are a mix of recycled glass and oyster shells designed by the artist at Fisher's Recycling. It is simply amazing!
- Every bathroom has been renovated using custom tile crafted by a Charleston Artist. The new tile flooring appears to be driftwood. High-efficiency eco-friendly appliances, rain shower heads in bathrooms, and an additional handheld head. The use of barn doors to access the bathrooms allows substantially more room.
- All new duct work for the HVAC system, special insulation, and premium ceiling material. A smart, efficient, effective HVAC system utilizes technology to turn on and off the system to prevent mildew issues.
- Nine-foot ceilings in the bedrooms. Updated lighting and ceiling fan fixtures. Closet French doors with wood shelves

This fantastic condominium offers three bedrooms, each with a private bath. The paint colors, fabrics, and Artwork have all been carefully coordinated to bring the beauty of Charleston's coastline inside this beautiful condominium.
The master bedroom (featuring a king bed) and guest loft bedroom (featuring two full beds) each have fantastic views of the Atlantic from the fifth (top) floor condominium. Each bedroom, including the second master bedroom, which also features a king bed, is highlighted with new bed linens.
The spacious living area features ocean views, a large flat-screen television, and gorgeous fabrics. The kitchen of Seascape is fully equipped with everything your family will need to prepare a Low Country feast.
518 Seascape has been further enhanced with the following items:
- New solid wood 3-panel doors have been installed with new trim and baseboards throughout the home.
- All new paint throughout 518 Seascape.
- The all-new luxurious classic coastal decor features new furnishings in the living room, dining area, and kitchen breakfast bar. Highlights of the new items include the following: Custom sectional sofa, Swivel rockers, Driftwood glass top coffee table, Electric fireplace, Artwork from the Gordon Wheeler Gallery, Historic Charleston, Round dining table and chairs, All new throw rugs, Samsung smart flat screen
Each bedroom has also been enhanced with all-new linens, Samsung smart flat screens, and a desk with an office chair, which was added to the second master bedroom.
The internet and cable service have also been upgraded.
Seascape has just completed an extensive two year restoration project of the exterior of the complex. This design included a metal roofing system, gorgeous new stucco work, improved elevators, beautiful landscaping and walkways, and more.

- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Seascape pool is open seasonally between May - Sept and is not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Seascape pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
*Parking Details:*
- There are two parking spots available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
