Welcome to your lakeside sanctuary on Lake James, NC! As you step inside, the open-concept design welcomes you with breathtaking views of the pristine waters. High ceilings add an air of spacious luxury to the ambiance.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms offer comfort and convenience.

The main floor hosts one of the master bedrooms, ensuring no stairs for seniors or extra privacy for other members of the family.

Office work areas in every bedroom cater to remote work needs or have the privacy for homeschoolers.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Three bedrooms feature king-size beds for a lavish night's rest with Purple mattresses for your extra comfort, plus a rollable single bed for your convenience.

Outdoor Spaces:
Two expansive decks facing the water provide comfortable seating for all the guests, each deck features comfortable seating and separate dining areas, plus 2-3 rockers in both spaces.
Outdoor dining allows for meals with a breathtaking backdrop.
The top deck features Bar seating for 3, overlooking the beautiful lake.
An additional deck on the bottom floor, complete with a hot tub, offers a serene and private space to unwind, you don't need to go upstairs to enjoy the beautiful lake views.
Sitting on our lake front deck is beautiful and our dock end is literally a magical experience, featuring 180 degree open lake views.

Privacy is paramount for all family members..

Interior Features:
Amazing natural light permeates every corner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
For added convenience, a coffee and tea station is available on the bottom floor.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end finishes and appliances, making meal preparation a pleasure.

This lakeside haven is designed with your peace and comfort in mind. No stairs for seniors, privacy for all, and stunning outdoor spaces with a hot tub create an ideal retreat. This is more than a home; it's a sanctuary that brings tranquility to your soul. Conveniently located near Nebo, Marion, Morganton, Asheville, and Boone, NC, it offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for your family.

Must be at least 30 years old to book and booking guest has to stay at the property and must be willing to provide official ID to prove it, if that is not provided to the host within the following 48 hours of booking, the reservation would be canceled.

Owner is not responsible to send or return any belongings left behind after guests have checked out.

Based off North Carolina Commission Laws, we are required to send you a rental agreement after booking with us and proof of ID needed for verification purposes.

-No Pets Allowed. The dock has an available slip for a rental boat or boat owned by a guest.
-NO people beyond the number allowed at ANY TIME.
-All people staying at the house must be disclosed by name and age, if extra guests stay at the property a charge of 100 per night per guests will be added to the booking fees.
-NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.
-NO smoking or vaping of ANY kind inside or around the property within 20 ft.
- NO FIREPIT USAGE during drought conditions, fuels for wildfire, such as grasses and trees, can dry out and become more flammable. Drought can also increase the probability of ignition and the rate at which fire spreads. Drought can be intensified by unusually warm temperatures.
-QUIET HOURS: 8 P.M. - 7 A.M.
-NO late check out (passed 10:30 AM), unless written permission was obtained by owner.

Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $500 minimum charge to your credit card per each violation, unless the violation relates to late check out, in that case guest will be charged for an extra night if all the guests have not checked out after 10:15 am and if another check in is scheduled on the same check out date, the guests will be responsible also for all expenses related to the accommodation of the next guests plus a 250 administration fee. If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines.

If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by the Host, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay.

Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. The driveway can fit up to 4 cars. Do not exceed the maximum cars allowed. There is no on-street parking.
