Vacker designer utsedd Oceanside kanalhem som ligger vid Mile Marker 76. 5 in
Nedre Matecumbe (södra delen av Islamorada). Detta hem är det andra på en punkt
och har en fantastisk havsutsikt. Fullt laddat kök med diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kaffe
tillverkare, brödrost och mixer. Det finns två platt-TV i huset, liksom
Wi-Fi internet. Huset är inrett med modern inredning och du kommer att älska utsikten över vattnet
från varje fönster! Skyddad dockning tillräckligt för 2 båtar! Dockningen är 30 'och har en
fiskrengöringsstation.

Nära huset ligger den lilla Anne's Beach. Det finns naturstigar, ombord promenader till
liten lunch- och grillplats, privata sandområden dolda i mangrovarna och parkering.
hemmet ligger också nära Robbie's Marina (där de matar Tarpon), Bud n 'Mary's
Marina och Caloosa Cove Marina. Du kommer inte ha problem med att hitta en småbåtshamn
hyra eller en fiskeguide (Deep Sea eller Backcountry). Allt är riktigt nära! Du
är bara några minuter från "Downtown Islamorada" där World Wide Sportsman och the
Islamorada Fish Company är beläget men du är i ett ganska område i staden.

Du kommer att kunna njuta av din semester verkligen! Detta är ett fantastiskt hus som vår
hyresgäster verkar älska och återvända till år efter år!

Great house on a quiet street!

We really enjoyed the house and the location. Easy access to the ocean, when we weren’t off the boat, the kids loved fishing off the dock. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed our coffee every morning on the deck. My only suggestion is to replace the bed pillows and linens - they were very “well-used” -replacing these, in the master especially would make a huge difference.

Nice house in a quiet location

The family had an all around good time. It is not first row beach but the views from the upstairs porch are very nice. The house is good size and well appointed.

Awesome location and well equipped home

This home is in a fantastic location central to all the fun things you want to do on the island and i was surprised by how well equipped the kitchen and home are, extra blankets pillows and lots of pots and pans. House is in great condition and we even got to see a manatee in the canal. Dont miss out on this awesome place

Views are great

The views were wonderful and the outside porch area was fantastic. We saw a lot of wildlife including manatees. The house is a good size and well appointed. But the furniture needs an upgrade. We would go back.

The house was amazing and he kitchen was well stocked. We were able to park our boat in the slip without issue and left the boat trailer in a secure lot. We fished off shore as well as fishing the dock in the evenings!

Great Location

Met all our needs. Great location and dock, etc... We rented a boat the whole week. Could use some simple inexpensive upgrades inside the house which could elevate the experience but we had nice weather and didn't really didn't spend much time in the house.... Overall a great week and memory or the whole family.

Friends, winter getaway

Three couples rented this house based on the location and Boat dockage it was fantastic! Location was just as described. The views from the second floor were fantastic sunrise and sunset. We all love to cook in the kitchen had all of the amenities and then some very well stocked house was clean, and management group was very accommodating. May recommend updating sheets and towels. The twin beds were super uncomfortable, but I’m not complaining just suggesting maybe some updates will definitely rent this house again love Islamorada love the keys loved this house. Even manatees came up in the canal

Place was okay. Low ratings were because house needs some TLC for example; screen on living room french door needs replacing, several chairs are falling apart, ( we set them aside so they didn’t break with someone in them,), several blinds are missing slats

We were there to fish and found this property to be ideal! Nice boat dock and area to clean fish. VERY nice home to stay in. Greatly enjoyed our stay!

Great Spot

House is located in a great location on the south end of town with most of the action within a 10min drive North. Anne’s beach is 5 mins away. Great views from all the decks around the house, sunrise is amazing over the water. Can’t wait to come back one day.

Perfect spot for the crew!

Perfect location for the whole family! We all felt right at home. The kitchen was so functional and had everything we needed. It was nice for everyone to have their personal space too! The wrap around decks were another aweome place to hang out! Definitely would do it again.

Perfect Location for Family Vacation

We had a great week stay at this property. The house is located in a quiet area and the views of the water are gorgeous! The outside is in process of an update and will look wonderful once complete. The house was spacious for our family of 6. The couches and sitting areas could use some updating. The kitchen was accommodating when making our meals. The house was conveniently located to restaurants, grocery store, etc.

Fantastic Lodging in the Florida Keys

We liked too many things about this house to list all of them, but some of the most obvious advantages of the house include its location (near the water and in Islamorada close to Robbie's of Islamorada), its views, its outdoor seating and decks, and its comfortable spaces for sleeping and socializing. The teen and young adults in our party enjoyed the TV room for watching movies or playing video games in the evenings after a long day of recreation in the Florida Keys. We hope to rent it again and next time we might even rent a boat to use directly from that house.

Our Christmas vacation was memorable. Fun times fishing, the Turtle Hospital & great food.

House is beautiful! Very clean. Incredible views. Great kitchen! Location is near good restaurants & activities. Loved reading the guest books. Street is hard to find at night coming from the north. Kitchen needs a hand mixer. I just used a fork to make our smashed potatoes for Christmas dinner.
