Welcome to The TipSea Turtle! This cozy 2BR, 1.5BA bungalow is just 1.2 miles from Ocean Isle Beach. Upstairs, youâll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and downstairs, a pull-out sofa in the game room offers extra sleeping spaceâmaking it easy to sleep up to 6 guests. Enjoy the screened-in porch, outdoor shower, and breezy living space. Itâs the perfect spot for a relaxed coastal getaway with charm, comfort, and convenience.
What makes our place stand out? Itâs the little thingsâlike the breezy screened-in porch for your morning coffee, the outdoor shower that makes beach days a breeze, and the downstairs game room that doubles as a cozy bonus sleeping space.
What do we love about it? The layout makes it easy to unwind, whether you're enjoying the open-concept living space or lounging in the peace and quiet of the back porch. Itâs the kind of place thatâs perfect for sleeping in, cooking a casual dinner, and just enjoying time together.
We provide bed linens and towels for your stay, along with a starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels. The home includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
With boat parking and no HOA, itâs the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your beach getaway.

When checking out, we just ask that you take your trash to the outdoor bin and clean any dirty dishes. Weâll handle the restâthanks for helping us keep things tidy for the next guests!

Hey there! My husband and I live just outside of Apex, North Carolina. We're originally from out of state but have fallen in love with the areaâespecially its beautiful outdoor spaces. Over the past three years, we've enjoyed hosting guests at our place near Jordan Lake, sharing the tranquility and natural beauty of the region. Now, we're excited to extend our hospitality to our beach home in Ocean Isle Beach. We've put a lot of care into creating a comfortable and relaxing space, and we hope it feels like a home away from home for you.

My husband and I love spending time at Ocean Isle Beach â itâs our favorite place to slow down, relax, and enjoy the simple things. The neighborhood has such a peaceful, laid-back vibe. Itâs close enough to all the fun spots like the beach, restaurants, and shops, but tucked away just enough to feel quiet and relaxing after a day out. What we enjoy most is being able to start our mornings with coffee on the porch and end our evenings with beautiful sunsets nearby. Itâs the perfect little getaway spot, and weâre excited to share it with you!
