One Bedroom Lakefront Suite at our Lakefront Paradise. Pool, Hot Tub, Kayaks and more. Sleeps 2 Adults
This suite is one of our five rooms available at our B&B Resort. This room boasts a beautiful sunrise lakefront view. We are nestled in a secluded cove directly on Seneca Lake, is just minutes from much Seneca Lake and the Finger Lakes have to offer. It is located directly on the wine trail, walking distance to a marina, and just a few minutes to many restaurants, parks, and downtown Geneva. It is also centrally located to many of the other Finger Lakes making it easy to explore the area. This single level B&B Resort boasts many on site amenities both inside and out. Outdoors we have a small launch for kayaks and canoes. We have some kayaks for guest use, a dock, in-ground swimming pool, hot tub, two gas fire tables, a traditional fire pit, and a pickleball court, as well as many seating areas featuring views of the grounds and Seneca Lake. The nearby marina is within walking distance and rents kayaks, stand up paddleboards, and pontoon boats. Owner's quarters are behind this property, so we are close by if anything is needed. Breakfast is provided. Contact owner if you prefer our apartment style option, without breakfast. Apartment style rental rate is 10% less.
Suite: Seneca Room has a kitchenette; seating area with TV; bedroom with double sliders looking lakefront with a private outside patio, King bed, desk, TV, and seating area; Ensuite Bathroom with a large soaking tub, double sink vanity, walk-in shower, and toilet.
Common Area inside our B&B Resort has many shared amenities: Common kitchen (not for meal prepping unless you have rented the full house) includes additional fridge space if needed, as well as a Keurig Machine for guest use at any time. Fresh coffee will be provided each morning as well. Common space also provides multiple dining areas, a game room with a pool table and shuffleboard table, and a seating area with a TV. Wrap around windows provide an amazing lake view while enjoying your stay.
Please note that only registered guests are allowed on site, we have an age minimum of 16, and we are a non smoking facility with designated areas outside for smokers. Though we love animals, we are not a pet friendly facility.

We have always loved the Finger Lakes area and waking up to a sunrise over the lake. While we were out wine tasting one day, we ran across this property. We decided to turn it into a bed and breakfast resort. We take great pride in the space we have created and the experience we provide our guests.
Varför värden valde detta boende
Location is amazing. We are directly on Seneca Lake, nestled in a little secluded cove, yet close to so much. Three miles from downtown Geneva, just a couple of miles from Hobart William Smith College, directly on the wine and beer trail which is the host to much live music and entertainment, great restaurants, hiking, boat tours, fishing excursions, spas, casinos, and much more. Seneca Lake is also central to many of the other Finger Lakes so it is just a short drive to Keuka Lake, Cayuga Lake, Canandaigua Lake, just to name a few.

We renovated this property from a veterinarian clinic and created something we are extremely proud of. We take great pride in the experience we provide to our guests, allowing for the right amount of pampering yet individual privacy and comfort. We offer an array of choices in rental experiences, whether you want a room, a section of the house, or the whole house; breakfast or no breakfast; each room also has its own unique charm and amenities depending on what you are looking for. This coupled with our great location, and lakefront pool, make us a unique vacation experience.
