Nice place to stay

Apartment was clean, stocked with everything you could need. Grounds were well kept. Nice pool. Quiet and private.

Amazing location!

We stayed here from December 23 - December 30. The location is really what this place is all about! Just steps from a beach that was never crowded, and very close to fun activities - we did a snorkeling trip and a guided tour of El Yunque, and both were within a half hour drive. We also did a day trip to Old San Juan, and it was very easy getting to an from the airport, too.

Beach Front Elegant Garden Apt

José is a wonderful host; very attentive and responds promptly to all communications. Apartment super clean, organized and well furnished. Apartment grounds well manicured, maintained, and secure.

Great beach access

Very short walk to the beach. There are palm trees and other areas of shade available, and you can walk a good distance along the beach. Only downside are some weeds and branches in some ares. The apartment itself is nice and comfortable. It could use a little sprucing up for some minor items like the hot water switch, a clock and lamp in the main bedroom, and the grill.

Great time.

The apartment is located in a safe and quiet area. The beach was gorgeous and almost exclusive during the week. It’s closer to almost of the attractions and the airport.

What a fantastic place to stay in Puerto Rico!!

We absolutely enjoyed this place, it was just as described!! Jose was such an amazing host, he was so helpful in every way. We do a lot of traveling and this place was amazing, just steps to a gorgeous beach. We will for sure stay her again, definitely recommend it!!

Perfect spot for our time in Puerto Rico!

This is a great spot for exploring the beach and El Yunque. Really comfortable and close to both the pool and beach. Just a lovely spot! We loved having a little bed in the room for our youngest - and so did she! :)

Loved it!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The kids had their own bedroom and bathroom, and we had our privacy. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed: kitchen stuff, beach towels, toys, and even beach chairs. Steps from the beach, which was always empty! Also steps from the pool, and a small warm kid pool. No issues whatsoever, would highly recommend!

The best vacation ever

Had the best vacation ever ; All the amenities as mentioned in the listing was there , more over Jose was checking on if we needed any help in every stage and day ; Helped a lot for us ; The beach is the beautiful thing as it was just 100 steps away. Definetly recommend this place and we will visit again

the perfect family spring break

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It had all the amenities we needed, and the location was perfect. We visited the El Yunque National Park, did the bio-bay kayaking near Fajardo and spent lots of time at the private beach and the pool. It was a great family vacation!

Beach front tranquility

This is our second time at Jose’s condo and we hope to be back again. The condo was the perfect base for our vacation in Puerto Rico. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay from kitchen essentials, beach chairs, toys, beach towels and a wagon to haul everything to and from the beach. The ac units work great and the beds and furniture are very comfortable. We loved being on the ground floor as it made it easy for our kids to walk out and play on the lawn. The condo complex is very well kept, safe, and peaceful. The pool and beach are wonderful and very often we were the only ones there. We will definitely choose Jose’s condo for our next Puerto Rican vacation.

Great stay in Puerto Rico

The property was as described, steps away from a lovely beach that we frequented during our stay. No problems at all getting access to the condo, Jose checked in with us several times to see if we were doing well or needed anything. Condo is great, we enjoyed ourselves a lot.

Amazing vacation 10 great days!!!

The apartment was very cleaned and comfortable steps from the beach. The restaurants in the area were great the food was excellent every were we dinned breakfast, lunch and dinners!! Jose is a great host always checking that we were ok and didn't need anything.

Perfect winter getaway

This property had everything we needed for a relaxing week on the beach. Easy access to the beach, loved the beach chairs, wagon, cooler, kids life jackets and boogie boards and AC throughout. The host's restaurant suggestions were very helpful. This was a great location for access to the rainforest, and an easy drive to Old San Juan. We would definitely recommend this property!

Paradise in paradise

We absolutely loved this condo—it had everything we could possibly have needed and more! The host was wonderful to work with, providing excellent suggestions. So close to the beach and a lovey pool. I can’t say enough good things and we definitely hope to stay here again.

Great place

The place is amazing and Jose was so helpful. I had a medical emergency and he was right there to help me 100%. This place was a great place to recover and relax. The beach and pool are close by in walking distance and perfect. A rental car is needed for restaurants and tourist attractions. This is the only place for me.

Beautiful Place

The property itself was well maintained. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. We loved how quiet the location is as well. We step outside and the ocean is to our left and the pool to our right. We couldn't have picked a better place! Jose was awesome as well. He responded quickly to any concerns or questions I had.
