Discover this secluded peaceful retreat just 2 mins from the highway on Loma Isabel de Torres' west side. This private duplex features breathtaking ocean & city views, a pool, a private entrance, and parking. Ideally located 10 mins from beaches and 5 mins from Ocean World, it offers easy access to both nature and city attractions. Enjoy 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen) with private baths, the living room features Air Conditioner, a ceiling fan and large windows that bring in a refreshing breeze and provide stunning viewsâperfect for a relaxation getaway!!

- The living room windows are not gated or screened; children should be supervised at all times in this area and throughout the house, including the pool.
- Surrounded by trees near the mountains, you may encounter bugs and other tropical creatures typical of the environment, though we fumigate regularly to minimize this.
- Essential toiletries are provided (starter kit only).
- An emergency inverter is available to provide lighting and fans for the first two floors in the event of power outages that occasionally occur in the Dominican Republic.
