Denna pittoreska 2 sovrum stuga är en av två hytter vi har att hyra - ligger några steg från vattnet på St. Lawrence River.

Helt renoverat i juni 2018 !!!

Lugnt och lugnt, platsen är perfekt för att njuta av flodaktiviteter och titta på underbara solnedgångar. Simma och båt från bryggan på platsen.

OBS: Dock blev förstört i översvämningarna förra året men ersätts. För närvarande delvis komplett - väntar på att flodvattnet sänks.

Ta en snabb resa till Ogdensburg till middag och en film!
Tusentalsöarna är en kort 20 minuters bilresa - och ett måste! Shopping, restauranger, turné Boldt Castle, etc.

2 sovrum - vardera har en full size-säng

Loft sovrum med 1 enkelsäng och soffa.

Kök med alla nödvändiga små apparater - mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare etc.
Potter, kokkärl, bestick tillhandahålls.

Beautiful Little Cottage Right on the River

We absolutely loved this little cottage! Recently updated, clean and simple this property is just the right size for a couple, 2 couples or small family. We enjoyed being right on the river and especially enjoyed the newly installed deck. The cottage is quiet. We are nit fisherman or kyackers but the location, docks and available kyacjs are perfect for those who are. We would absolutely stay again!

Great view, Quaint cabin on St. Lawrence

Quiet and quaint, Ships going by, geese and ducks with babies floating around. Beautiful sunsets and a view of the river with Canada in the background. It's quiet enough to hear the train across the river. We had local family come on the weekends for meals. The deck is small but fantastic and brand new! If we return, we'll come back when the weather is warmer, we are Florida snowbirds, and the weather was unseasonable cold. Nothing we could do about that. It's easy to get to and only a few steps to get in for seniors. The owners are attentive and quite friendly!

Relaxing get away

My husband and I wanted to spend quality time with our son after mid-terms. The little red cabin was comfy, cozy and exactly what we were looking for. Perfect location to explore the NY and Canadian sides of the St. Lawrence.

Wonderful location and property

Absolutely the perfect place while staying in the thousand islands. Quiet and private but still close to A Bay with just a short drive to multiple grocer options. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful and everything you would need

Great stay overall

Overall we enjoyed the stay. Nice scenery including views of ships passing by. Nice dock for fishing, watching sunsets, or enjoying the action on the seaway. Plenty of free firewood and nice fire pit.

Great little cabin on the water

A lovely old fashion cabin right on the water with a dock out the back door. Recently upgraded appliances in the kitchen made our too brief stay quite enjoyable.

My Husband was in town for a fishing trip, he had a great stay, perfect location, privacy, beautiful river frontage, cute, clean, well-maintained cabins. Gorgeous Sunsets! This was our 5th or 6th time renting this property and will be back in a few weeks! Highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful retreat

This is our second stay at this river side spot, last time in the other cottage. We've been happy both times. Gorgeous view of the St. Lawrence, comfortable and clean cottage with a deck and dock. This year we took the kayaks out. We plan to return!

A nice getaway cabin

We recently spent two cold, windy and rainy nights at the red cabin on the shore of the St.Lawrence River outside Ogdensburg, NY. Despite the inclement weather, we were warm and comfortable inside and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet intimacy. The only drawback was the lack of TV and Internet to allow us to monitor the progress of the early spring storm blowing outside. However, the caretaker said plans were in the works to provide TV and Internet services soon. During occasional breaks in the storm, we were able to get outside and stroll along the rocky shore and fish from the nice private dock. For the dedicated birder there was a wealth of both inland and shore birds flying about for close observation. All in all, it was a great place to visit and one that we can certainly recommend. We hope to return soon.

Beautiful Family Get-a-way

My family of 4 visited this cabin to see the Eclipse in April 2024. The property was clean (the sheets smelled amazing!) and comfortable. The property manager left eclipse glasses for us on the table, which was so thoughtful! The St Lawrence river is RIGHT at your doorstep. The sunsets are fantastic, the water is crystal clear. There are kayaks available. The kitchen has a keurig,as well as a regular drip coffee pot, toaster, and all the pots/pans/dishes/silverware that you will need. Because it was so cold, the owners took extra care to have electric heaters available to move about the rooms. They also had extra blankets on the shelves. There is a walmart and a price chopper (supermarket) within minutes of the property. The property manager and the owner were always available, and their response time was impeccable! If you are looking for a no frills, nice cabin to enjoy the area, this is the one you want!

The cabin is on the shore of the beautiful St. Lawrence River with easy access for swimming and kayaking. The location was quiet and peaceful. The manager, Patti, promptly responded to our inquiries and complaints. However, we felt the rental was way overpriced given the condition and quality of the cabin and its amenities. The cabin was not well maintained (screen door didn't fit properly; overhead light broken; cracked window), the furniture was old and worn, and the kitchen pots and pans are all cheap, teflon-type (probably forever-chemical laden). One of the kayaks was unusable because one of the paddles had a big piece broken off and the seat was missing a bolt and detached on one side. Patti did eventually offer us one of the neighbor's kayaks, but by that time we'd decided to go elsewhere and rent kayaks (an additional cost for us). We would not recommend this rental.

Everything isn't always perfect

We had a great time and would stay again. Ron was very helpful with the check-in process and expressed to call him anytime with any questions The coffee pot should be cleaned or replaced. The dishes could use a good washing and the utensils and tray were dirty. Other then that, it was clean. It's was a nice place, everything else was very clean. I have never seen cleaner sheets and bedding. The bathroom, shower and curtain were clean. The landscaping, sunsets, and river are beautiful!! Fire wood provided with a fire every night was relaxing. It was no problem not having a t.v. or wifi, and our phones worked fine through our carriers.

The cabin was very cozy, but very overpriced.

The location was great. The back door opened up right to the water. The cabin was plenty of space for 2 people and there were plenty of kitchen items for guests to use. That being said, the price was a little too high for what you get. The water in the cabin is totally unusable. For dishes, showering, anything. It smells so badly like sulfer, we couldnt even turn it on. The outdoor area is not maintained all, so fires and relaxing outside was really out of the question. I would stay again if the price were cut in half.
