Kitchen is well equipped (dishes, utensils, steak/cooking knives, baking ware, serving ware, toaster, Keurig, microwave). 2 car garage via covered walkway to the house. New washer and dryer is on the first floor off of the master suite. We are currently working with a designer and ordering new furniture, rug, and game table for the main living room, additional outdoor furniture, and a new bed and chest for the master bedroom which will be delivered by July. The Cashiers Crossroads are less than 10 minutes and Ingles grocery store is about 7 minutes from the house.
