This is a quiet, gated community with beautiful views of the mountains and sea. The residence is close to the city center and major entertainment areas, yet still offers privacy and relaxation. Private parking in the fenced area is also a significant advantage. The residence itself is well-maintained, featuring flower beds, palm trees, and a light installation. The entire complex is thoroughly cleaned once a week.
