You will fall in love with this top floor duplex! This property is 7 houses from a beautiful bay beach with lifeguards on duty. There are no big waves at the bay so little ones can play in the water for hours without getting knocked over. There is also a playground with boats passing by which the kids love. This area is perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking and enjoying LBI sunsets.

Ocean access is within walking distance and if you get tired of the bay or ocean there is a 33ft heated saltwater pool in the backyard. The pool is also great for cloudy or rainy days as the temperature is kept at a comfortable range. The second floor also has a private and covered porch to enjoy ocean breezes in the shade.

The first-floor tenant is a yearly tenant (who loves the renters – she is very friendly and sweet). Even though the backyard is a “shared space” she barely uses it. However, there are two outdoor showers, two grills and a shed for storing all your beach toys. If you need to get off the island, the Causeway is close to the property for easy on-off access. The rental also comes with 4 beach badges (only adults need them).
