This charming property is perfect for fishermen, hunters, family gatherings and the like. It's located minutes from local lakes and waterfronts; (Santee Dam, Lake Marion & Lake Moultrie) Goat Island, Potato Creek, Wyboo, Billup's Landing, Green Oil, Taw Caw Park Landing, etc. This unit features a washer and dryer, home security, outdoor cameras, keypad entry, cable and Wi-Fi. A full kitchen is included (coffee & coffee machine, stove, fridge, toaster oven, microwave and seating for 10). The kitchen has an adjourning family room with a sofa bed, two recliners and a 65" wall mount TV. It also has 3 bedrooms; (bedroom 1) 3 bunk beds, (bedroom 2) 2 twin beds and (bedroom 3) 1 queen bed. All bedrooms have wall mounted TVs. This property has 2 bathrooms. First bathroom is equipped with a garden tub, a walk-in shower, a 42" wall mount TV & a hair dryer. The second bathroom has a bathtub with a built in shower. Towels & washcloths are in both bathrooms. Guests will feel right at home. Relax and enjoy everything Summerton and our house have to offer.

More House Rules
For initial visit, use back door, key-less entry pad to enter unit.
-Return all items to the area they were found on the first day of occupancy (games, iron, ironing board, remote controls, etc.).
-Remove all used sheets and pillowcases from beds and place them in hamper at the end of stay. Place used towels in hamper.
-Porches are designated smoking areas.
-Cigarette ashes and butts should be placed in outdoor dispensers. -Cigarette dispensers are to be emptied at the end of stay.
-Remove all accumulated trash from premises. Trash bags will be provided.
-Only use liquid detergent in washing machine.
-Clean stove and all used kitchen utensils (dishes, eating utensils, pots, pans, coffee pot, etc.) and return them to their initial holding place.
-Wipe stove, counter tops and sweep kitchen floor daily.
-Only flush toilet paper in toilet.
- Pour cooking oil outside in wooded area. Do not pour cooking oil down drain.
-Cleaning will be provided on the fifth day for stays longer than five days.
-An inspection will be conducted every five days for long-term stays.
-Remove all food placed in refrigerator on checkout day.
-No smoking inside property. Violators will be fined $250.
-Refrain from sitting or laying on top of bed comforters.
