Your reservation was for two guests, but instead you hosted a large party that led to multiple police visits, property damage, and extra cleaning and replacement costs. This was a serious violation of house rules and caused significant disturbance to my neighbors, as well as damage to my property. Hosting responsibly means respecting occupancy limits, following quiet hours, and leaving the property in good condition. Unfortunately, your stay created safety concerns and financial loss. I hope you will reflect on this experience and respect the guidelines of any future host. I have requested reimbursement from you and to date, you haven't remitted payment.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re so happy to hear that your dogs enjoyed the fenced yard—that’s one of our favorite features too 🐾 It means a lot to know you found the home clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into. We work hard to create a relaxing space for our guests, so your kind words truly mean so much. And we couldn’t agree more—the quiet neighborhood and quick walk to the Rose District make it such a special spot! You were a pleasure to host, and we’d love to welcome you (and your pups!) back anytime!

Perfect location literally walking distance from the small downtown area “Rose District” Great place to eat and “treasure hunt” at the very large antique mall. Loved artwork and Christian touches. Tub/shower was hard for older guests (not much stable to hang onto) but clean and charming. Small bedroom bed was too short for adults but mattress was comfortable. Good location and wonderful to have a real piano! Could use more coffee cups. Very cozy heat in cold weather. Overall we liked it a lot.

The pictures online don’t do this property justice is so nice and comfy and in a great location

The property was wonderful. Had a full washer and dryer ironing board steamer. The kitchen was big was really nice. All the appliances were top line. The mattress was so comfortable it was one of those that you just sink into and go to sleepThere were ceiling fans in the house and a nice area in the back where you could grill and there’s table and chairs and two chairs on the front porch, which is a nice size. It was walking distance to Main Street down in the Rose District, which has restaurants has a fantastic and very large antique storeThe host was really nice. I met her.We would definitely stay here again
