The Pacific Spirit Executive Class Studio
Welcome to the Pacific Spirit Getaway -- a chic and cozy executive-class studio located in a quiet neighbourhood, just 5 minutes walk to restaurants, cafes and Pacific Spirit Park (with miles of jogging trails) and just 5 minutes drive from UBC campus.
This light and bright getaway is nestled on the lower floor of a quiet residence. Guests have a private entrance at the rear of our home with a code for the electronic door lock and a private parking stall (with access to an EV charger).
The studio features a comfy Queen bed, fireplace, bathroom, smart TV, and numerous amenities for light meal prep such as a microwave, convection toaster oven, smoothie maker, a coffee/tea station and a refrigerator. The space is modern, comfortable, and feels brand new, with a relaxing atmosphere.
Unwind by the fireplace, stream a movie on the SMART TV, or curl up with a good book on the cozy sofa. Please note that this is a studio with the bed located in the main living area like in a hotel room.
We respect our guests' privacy and prefer to give them their space. However, we are available by phone or in person as needed during your stay. My family resides in the upper part of the home. We are generally quiet and will do our best to ensure you enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay.
The location makes a great base for visiting Vancouver or UBC. Location highlights
-1 minute walk to bus stop with access to UBC and downtown
-5 minute walk to groceries, coffee/ breakfast spot, sushi and Thai food
-5 minute walk to Pacific Spirit Park with miles walking and jogging trails in a beautiful forested setting.
-5 minute drive to UBC campus, Irish pub, Italian restaurant, pizza and Indian takeout
-10-15 minutes drive to Kitsilano Beach/Granville Island and ~ 20 minutes from downtown/Stanley Park
~12 minutes drive from Vancouver International Airport (assuming no traffic) and less 5-10 minutes drive to most parts of UBC campus

3. No cooking of fish or foods with strong odours, please

7. Quiet time from 10 PM, please
