The space
Bedrooms are located on opposite side of house for privacy. There’s a huge kitchen with 2 dishwashers and plenty of counter space and eat at bar. There’s a dinning room with beautiful wooden table and a marble table to eat at in kitchen area. The living room is very inviting and there’s a piano and guitar for guests to enjoy. Beautiful outside spaces with hot tub, Weber grill and Green Egg smoker. Lounge chairs & cocktail table. The best is the private rooftop deck with firepit and 360 degree views and very private. Has double hammock, table and chairs. Sunrises and moonrises, sunsets that are ever changing plus shooting stars and meteor showers. Views of Red Mountains and golf course. Home is walking distance to clubhouse with restaurant and bar, pickel ball and tennis courts and a park with climbing wall, swings etc. Great hiking & biking minutes away!

Other things to note
Please note, Entire house is only offered starting mid June to through August. I am flexible on dates checking in and checking out. I am only interested in renting to 1 family or up to 4 friends. There will be no one else in home. Up to 4 people who come together and know each other. Thank you. You’ll have a wonderful experience!
