Welcome to Sailor's Retreat at Ketch Court Villas! This modern 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo is nestled in the heart of Sea Pines Resort, just steps from Harbour Town Marina. Enjoy access to an on-site pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and the convenience of an elevator. Fine dining, shopping, and entertainment are right outside your door. Beach access is less than a 10-minute ride from Harbour Town trolley, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for your stay!
Located in Harbour Town of Sea Pines, you have access to tennis, golf, Harbor Town Yacht Basin, South Beach Marina, and miles of biking and walking trails as well as the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. This villa is a can-not-miss choice for your island getaway!
The villa welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living areas. Spend the nights cooking in or dining out without missing any of the comforts of home.
Your cozy back deck is a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee while taking in the expansive view.
The main bedroom with a plush king bed includes an ensuite bath. The 2nd &3rd suites include 2 twin beds with a separate bath. Both bedrooms feature additional windows overlooking the peaceful complex and resort below.
The bathroom amenities include start kit amenities including 2 rolls of toilets paper, paper towels hand soap.
This property is managed by The Club Group, Ltd providing over 3 decades of hospitality excellence on Hilton Head Island.
Guest will enjoy unlimited use of the Harbour Town Pool. The Sea Pines Racquet Club (within walking distance) offers tennis and pickleball.
*The house is located in Sea Pines gated community that requires a car pass. Guests are required to purchase a weekly rental, car pass at the main gate for $20 in CASH only.
