PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. We would therefore to treat the neighbors as you would treat your own neighbors.Â
Please take time to read the house rules as they are really important as staying in nice residential areas means being respectful of the neighbors and neighborhoodâs rules.
Parking: Please make sure to park on the driveway. Parking on the grass isnât allowed. Parking on the sidewalk isnât allowed
Party/Noise: Quiet hours 10pm - 8am. We wish you a memorable stay first and foremost. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and Iâd like to remind you that we DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES!
Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoor only. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoor (subject to fine). Please gather your cigarettes' butts and throw them away, do not throw them in the backyard.
