Horrible, Beware
We agree with a previous reviewer that this place is not as advertised. It is definitely not a luxury flat. Again, photos of interior were provided after booking There is no king bed as advertised. There are no instructions for operating appliances anywhere. There are no coverings on the two glass balcony walls therefore allowing cold air to not only flow in through gaps but no way of blocking cold glass. There was no heat in near- freezing temperatures & we sat for more than 2 hours with heavy coats, hats & gloves on. The only response to no heat queries was one "np." Phone number was not a working number. When accessing city codes online, we discovered it was incorrect. There was no answer to many calls & no voice mail. After a few hours of no heat and no response, we gave a one-hour deadline before we would leave, saying that we expected a refund (it was uninhabitable), & even then delayed departure for another hour. No response until after we left and of course were told it was our fault because we "didn't realize the heat was automatic." If so, why wasn't it warm? Who would stay one night in a place like that? We didn't. We don't recommend this place/owner to anyone! Of course, since it was the day of our arrival, we were told no refund. Fortunately, we were able to find a warm, beautiful, spacious, truly luxury flat for much less at the last moment. Only positive is that is within walking distance to CIty Centre.
