Welcome to 417 Patterson Drive—your quiet base for exploring New Orleans. Located in the heart of historic Algiers Point, this second-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo blends updated comfort with steady river views, just a short walk from the Canal Street ferry.
Whether you're visiting for work, rest, or to take in the culture and food of the Crescent City, this condo offers a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day.
The Space:
This thoughtfully updated condo features two comfortable bedrooms, each with quality bedding and mattresses to ensure restful nights. The bathrooms have been fully renovated with modern finishes, while the updated kitchen is equipped with everything you need for meal prep—or simply unpacking your favorite local takeout.
The open living and dining areas are filled with natural light and flow directly onto a private balcony that looks out over the Mississippi. The balcony is the perfect place to watch the steady rhythm of river life—passing ships, changing skies, and the occasional tugboat working its way upstream.
