Centrala och sociala färgglada hem

Allt nytt. Detta mycket bekväma hem är inrett i storslagen stil, ombyggd efter en husbränd 2012 så varje detalj är helt ny! Högt välvda tak, konstnärligt inredda med ett konsert flygel och mycket utrymme för att umgås. Det stora sovrummet har franska dörrar till uteplatsen, en klädkammare och generöst eget badrum. Idealiskt centralt läge bara några steg till Farmers Market, Cheesecake Cafe, Enterprise Rent-a-car och Heritage LRT, Chinook Mall. Kort bilresa var som helst.

Utrymmet

Huset är ljust och har en öppen känsla med högt i tak. Massor av soffa och flygel betyder att den är väl lämpad för underhållande. Den bakre uteplatsen är ett perfekt ställe att tillbringa sommardagarna och koppla av i badtunnan när solen går ner. Host erbjuder tre cyklar i gott skick som du kan hyra, med många fantastiska cykelleder i närheten.

Den här listan är för hela hemmet. Föreslog upp till 8 gäster, men kunde sova 11 med drottning bäddsoffa (ganska bekvämt) och två reservmadrasser på golvet. Det mesta vi har haft är 18 personer för en basketturnering, och alla hade en bekväm sömn.

Bara några steg från Enterprise hyr-en-bil, och mycket nära promenad för att tåg bara en kort promenad genom ett grönt fält till Heritage LRT för en kort tio minuters resa till Stampede eller centrum.

Clean and Comfortable

Master bedroom huge. Nice vaulted ceilings there and in living area. Parking on street a bit congested but never a big problem. Excellent location.

Great spot for a family get together

We had familty from out of town and wanted a space to gather for food, drinks, hot tubbing and playing games and guitars. This was perfect! Great communication and easy checkin and property was exactly as promised.

Great location for team

Our dragon boat team members stayed as part of the Calgary festival, perfect location to North Glenmore park. Lots of room to spread out in house, and owner was very communicative, flexible and reasonable!

Family Celebration.

Excellent location, space for all, clean and everything we needed within walking distance. Recommend to anyone who needs to sleep plenty of people and centrally located within walking distance to C Train & Buses. Great time had by all.

Calgary Stampede 2023

This was a perfect location for the 10 me of my family to congregate from all over the world. Easy access to the C-train. Quiet neighbourhood while at the house. Modern decor. Dining opportunities are very easy to get to. Location was great for us to do the Stampede and also Spruce Meadows. Would certainly do this again - could not have imagined trying it in a hotel. Plenty of supplies for bathrooms, kitchen amenities. Great contact at all times.

Great little spot in Kingsland

We had a family gathering for our father’s memorial. This home gave us 4 bedrooms w 3 bathrooms. 2 kitchens, and a nice area in the Backyard to gather at night. We even used the hot tub a little bit which was really nice to unwind with after a couple of tough days. There’s great access to McLeod Tr and all the eateries around there. Also close to downtown and 17th ave if you want a little more action. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a similar place to stay in the city of Calgary .

Lovely Home

Chance is a Superhost. He is easy to communicate and very generous. Everything we need in the kitchen is there even condiments,spices,tea,coffee,sugar. Overflowing of supplies like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, cleaning solutions. The place is very welcoming. Very organized and very clean and quiet. The place is in central location. Very convenient to everything. Highly recommended!

Nice house in a convenient location

The house is of a good size and accommodated our large friends group with ease. The neighbourhood is quiet and the heritage lrt station is an 8 minute walk away. Hot tub was well cared for and a nice plus for the evening around the house.

A Great stay at a Great Place

We were in Calgary for a family wedding we had a big group and ended up having a lovely stay at this place.. four bedrooms with very large king size beds. It was very much as advertised and then some. Chase left us a lovely spread so we didn't have to shop that night for breakfast the following day. The onion bagels were lovely also left us milk orange juice coffee and was kind enough to put coffee cream in the fridge for us when we arrived. He was very quick to answer any of our questions of which we didn't have many. The other thing that was remarkable it had six TVs one in each bedroom as well as one on each floor in the living area. This is a really great space if you are a big group. We were six adults and we had more than enough room. It could easily handle that. I certainly would recommend it Shaun Montreal

Moms retreat

Chance was very easy to communicate with. He answered all of our questions and was super efficient at responding. The house was perfect for our ladies get away. Chance made sure to put out an extra mattress to accommodate us and there was plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone which was fantastic! He even provided us with a few basic groceries he’s which was a very unexpected, and pleasant surprise. The requirements for clean up were very simple and less than what has been required of me at other places I’ve stayed. The property is located very close to Chinook shipping centre and other nearby amenities. It was a great location. When we left I left behind a few belongings and chance was quick to find them and make arrangements to get them back to me. I would absolutely stay in this home again or any property offered by Chance. Thanks for your hospitality.

Everything about our stay was perfect! Family of 8 and we stayed comfortably and happily. This place is close to everything. Kids loved the hot tub! Lots of on street parking, even for visitors. Highly recommend this property!

Wedding visit

This property was excellent for our visit to Calgary. The host was very generous and checked in on occasion to ensure everything was ok. Chance answered any questions we had in a very short period of time. We appreciated having the use of a barbeque and the back yard. The house was clean, comfortable and more than adequate for 6 adults. The neighbourhood was quiet and very close to shopping, with easy access to some main traffic arteries in Calgary. We would stay again if the need arose. Chance is a Superhost for sure.

Great location in the SW of Calgary

We were a group of 9 adults, and the house was an excellent size and layout for our needs. The owner was very accommodating with any requests we had and a very nice gentleman who made communication very easy. . The location was close so to everything we needed, restaurants, groceries, liquor store, takeout, and even a dispensary. We would rent here again.

It was a great home for my family

Lots of room for us. We were 8 and we all had a comfortable bed to sleep in. Lots of room to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the living area and kitchen. I recommend this home for a big group. It was very easy connecting with the property manager.

Great home for family

My family and I (6 adults and 1 toddler, 18 mos. old) felt right at home. Great home to entertain, especially with 2 bedrooms downstairs. Our toddler was able to sleep with loud company upstairs; downstairs rooms are virtually sound proof.

Will lease rent again when we have occasion to return to Calgary. Everything modern and great floor plan...………..Send the kids downstairs for extra peace and quiet. Nice quiet neighborhood. Owner came by at our request and gave us a personal tour. Very gracious man.

Spacious and well located

Amazing wedding week

The moment we walked into Chance’s home we knew we had made the right decision. The spacious home, great kitchen layout perfect for large family gatherings, lots of seating and a gracious host made the experience in conjunction with hosting our son’s rehearsal dinner more than we could of ever expected. Two kitchens allowed our base group of eight, great flexibility for dinners and the beds were numerous and comfortable. The outdoor space complete with a good sized grill and hot tub were a welcome treat for our family. Walking distance to a farmers market, and numerous restaurants, and the downtown train as well as only 15 minutes from downtown and the venue for our son’s wedding made it the ideal location for all of our requirements. Thanks again Chance for the great experience and we highly recommend your property to anyone.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This house was home to me and my girls from 2008 to 2018. They are grown and moved out now, and the entire home has been renovated top to bottom twice. First by choice. Then by fire. The second renovation was a complete rebuild from the concrete walls. Everything was done right! Very proud of my home and I hope you enjoy your stay here. Don't hesitate to ask if there's anything I can do to make your stay the best ever.

Central home close to everything! Private patio, hot tub, two fireplaces, grand piano (currently offsite), contemporary decor and furnishings. Nearby Public transit to Stampede & Downtown Calgary, Heritage Park, Chinook Mall, Starbucks, Cobbs Bakery, Enterprise Rental Car, Running Track, two bicycles available with trails around Glenmore Reservoir, Fish Creek Park and all around city. Calgary has the largest urban national park in all of Canada. Enjoy your trip!
