*No parties or events. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6 people.

*Quiet time 10 p.m. We ask that you respect the neighbors and community at ALL TIMES and keep any noise at a considerate level.

*Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony.

*Pets only allowed with Permission. Any extra clean up and/or damage from pets on the property will be billed back to the Guest.

*Make sure to turn off the lights, close any windows, and set the air conditioning to the original temperature (75 degrees) when you leave the house.

*Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported through whatever platform used for booking.
