Filthy Bathrooms!
This property does not deserve any stars. We came to Connecticut for a funeral services and as soon as we openned the door, the house smelled like woodsmoke and mold. The floors were dirty, but I could overlook all of that. But I could not overlook was the dirty toilet seats, dirty counters, and dirty sinks. When I reached out to the host to ask him about it, his response was that he had just cleaned the shower yesterday. That was about the only clean thing in the whole place. I turned on the water to make tea for my mother-in-law and the water came out brown. The house was a decent size with a decent layout, but I couldnât trust that the sheets were clean when the bathrooms obviously were not. I ended up asking the host if he had any cleaners and taking a cleaner just to the toilet seat and the counter and sink. As soon as I wiped the paper towel came away black and dirty. Disgusting. The host did not respond immediately so I had to wait for his response before deciding that we were not going to stay here. We left after about 45 minutes and found a much cleaner place to stay at.
