This home was designed with the intention that our guests can enjoy a TROPICAL OASIS. The interior of the home is spacious. Total of 3 bedrooms and one open concept kitchen/living/dining area where you can interact from anywhere with your guests. Beds Count: 3 queen size beds and 1 full size bed plus one personal sofa bed. Dedicated work space in kids Bedroom.

The outside is simply an oasis. Features a pool with a playita deck for tanning and small children to enjoy, water fountain, grill, artificial grass, comfortable seating and shade.

All guests are guarantee exceptional customer service before and during their stay. Response Turnaround time is less than 15 min for all their inquiries and questions during their stay.

For the convenience of our guests, the Host will be available via texts or phone calls for questions, concerns or simply to answer guest with inquiries about area attractions recommendations.

Host will provide all guests with trending Local spots, including touristy and also hidden local treasures that only Floridians know about.

We guarantee all of our guests to feel at home away from home.

This is a quiet and safe community with great neighbors. Only guest that are willing to follow the house/community rules are welcome to book since there are strictly reinforce for the safety of our guests and neighbors.

All trash generated in your stay, has to be taken to the appropriate bins located outside of the house.

**POOL USAGE: Renters and guests voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal or emotional injury, including death, that may be sustained by them as a result of using the Swimming Facilities – Swimming Pool and Pool Deck. Be mindful to watch toddlers infants and children. Pool and Water Safety is YOUR responsibility.

Gas Grill (BBQ): Grill fee is $75/Stay. Guest can avoid this fee by following the BBQ Rules. Guest who follow these rules, will have their $75 grill fee waived 100%. Otherwise, a fee will be charged to card on file.

1-Burner control Knobs in the OFF Position
2-Gas Tank Tightly closed
3-Clean Grill
4-Grill Cover On after grill is cool down.
