Outside, you'll find a spacious backyard, perfect for enjoying warm Hill Country evenings. The neighborhood includes private access to the Medina River, ideal for tubing or swimming!

- Full kitchen with a Keurig and full size appliances + toaster and blender provided (*no dishwasher)
- Living room has a large smart TV with Roku (no TV"s in the bedrooms)
- Washer/Dryer provided (please bring your own laundry supplies)
- Large backyard with outdoor furniture and outdoor sink
