The fully equipped kitchen offers a Keurig and more! The cozy living room has a large Smart TV with Roku for relaxing after a day of exploring. Outside, you'll find a spacious backyard, perfect for enjoying warm Hill Country evenings. The neighborhood includes private access to the Medina River, ideal for tubing or swimming!

- Master bedroom has one king and one twin bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 full and 1 twin (trundle), 3rd bedroom has one 1 full and 1 twin (trundle)
- Master bathroom with a large walk in shower, 2nd full bathroom located in the hall with a walk in shower, Half bathroom located outside
- Full kitchen with a Keurig and full size appliances + toaster and blender provided (*no dishwasher)
- Living room has a large smart TV with Roku (no TV"s in the bedrooms)
- Washer/Dryer provided (please bring your own laundry supplies)
- Large backyard with outdoor furniture and outdoor sink
- BBQ Grill available (BYO Charcoal)
The house is near Medina River, the neighborhood has a private access point. A key card will be provided inside the home, it's required in order to access the river. You are welcome to swim and fish in the Medina River.
