Sarah, our host, provided a 5 star property with amazing Lake Union patio views, with superb communication. Highly recommended and we will return on our next visit to Seattle.

We could not be more pleased with our stay. The house was truly immaculate and was equipped with the best of appliances, cookware, dishes, and everything someone could hope for. The location and views were amazing. We have stayed at many properties and I have never seen a property and hosts more deserving of a 5 star review than this one.

**Five stars: the perfect home base for a large group**This house was an amazing home base for our group. The top master suite is incredible, with spectacular views, and every detail has clearly been thought through. The outdoor deck is wonderful, and the basement was a perfect gathering spot, ideal for watching college football and having a few drinks before dinner. The home is spotlessly clean, bright, and airy, in a wonderful neighborhood with amazing views.My only critiques are minor: the host was slow to respond and wasn't much help with things like grocery arrangements. It's also a premium-priced rental, but everyone in our group loved the house and had a great experience, and we felt the stay delivered on it.Highly recommended for anyone traveling with a large group.

Gorgeous home

This home is gorgeous! We couldn’t have asked for a better home to accommodate our friends and family for the 4th of July celebrations! Sarah thanks again for being so easy to communicate with. Your eye for decor is truly amazing! This house is stunning and has everything you could think of while vacationing!

Stunning views of South Lake Union was just the start! Everything about this Queen Anne home exceeded our expectations. We love to cook and the kitchen was full of high quality pots, pans, silverware, glassware and numerous placemats / linens for our meals. The bedrooms were luxurious — from blackout shades to incredible mattresses and bed sheets that made us feel like royalty! We will definitely be coming back in the future and highly recommend this property, no matter if you’re a local or from out of town.

An Amazing Home, View, and Hosts!

We booked this home as a place to stay while in Seattle for our daughter's small wedding which was just around the corner at Canlis. It was perfect. The house is beautifully furnished, well-maintained, and immaculately clean. The beds are comfortable with lovely linens. They have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and easy -- well-stocked coffee supply, extra linens, lovely bathroom amenities, fully stocked kitchen, power/charging areas by all beds, and comfortable seating everywhere. Nicely decorated but not with too many items cluttering up spaces where the guest might want to place their own items (as I have experienced in many other rentals). We hosted a dinner for 10 at the large dining table and it was perfect. We had plenty of space for both the bride and groom to get ready separately and wonderful spots for their first look photos and family photos on the deck. The views from the house are not overstated as epic!! We didn't have time to watch a movie but that space was amazing ..... however my husband did manage to get a bit of pinball which he thoroughly enjoyed! Sarah is a great host and provided excellent communication and care. We loved our 5 nights at this home and did not want to leave!!

We had a part of 10 and had a terrific experience. The kitchen and outdoor patio are excellent for family gathering of this size. The view of Lake Union from the patio is incredible. Master bedroom is huge with everything you could need. The three bedrooms on the second floor are comfortable, although they are supported by only one small bathroom. This bathroom situation is really the only issue. The movie room was also great to watch the World Cup. Overall, we’d highly recommend.
