Perfectly situated in the heart of Isla Verde Beach, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the private pool only available to guests of the complex. Our property is situated in La Mancha Condominium just in front to hotels and adjacent to the international airport. One bedroom on the 8th floor with balcony. You'll love this place because of the coziness and the location. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The Space: The apartment has a 665 sqft. approx. of dimension. Included a dining table for 4 chairs. For those warmer days, you can close the windows and sliding doors, and the A/C in the rooms will cool down the place a 50-inch smart TV is equipped to enjoy movies. You’ll love this place because of the coziness and the location.

Kitchen: The clean functional kitchenette is fully equipped with an electric top stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, refrigerator with freezer, glasses, wine glasses, plates, dining utensils, bottle opener, and wine opener. For longer stay the unit has Washer and dryer for small load.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Your room is equipped with a QUEEN SIZE-BED and a Futon (SOFA-BED) perfect for 3 guests in total, a nightstand, closet with cloth hangers. Private bathroom with a shower.

CONDO ACCESS: The building offers great facilities for the enjoyment of the residents. 24-hour security and a lobby area make the building private and safe. There are two separate pools, one for adults and one for children. For the sports enthusiasts, there is a tennis court. A kiddie playground. One assigned parking space.

AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and a cooler. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited including hotel-size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap and a dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. For your convenience, Drug store is near by.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers.
