Relaxing with lovely Views of Marina

The condo was perfect for us, very clean with an operational kitchen, walking distance to a mini market and restaurants, the marina views were great specially at night. The property manager is very good explaining everything, very safe . Love it.. Most definitely come back.

Escape the World, and Rest, Restore and Relax

We had a very special 15-day stay. First, Pablo, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and very helpful! He did all he could to ensure that we had a good stay. The property manager was, also, very helpful. The location of the condo at the Fishing Lodge on the marina was, truly, special. Cap Cana is very laid-back and SAFE. We loved spending time on the deck of this 4th floor condo, just taking in all the stunning scenery and watching all the activity, below, on the land and water. The restaurants on Cap Cana are excellent. We had many fine meals there. Juanillo Beach is less than a 10-minute cab drive away. Juanillo Beach is stunning. We spent several days there, soaking in the beauty and the beach experience. If you are looking for a getaway, where you can just kick back and relax and escape the busyness of the world, we encourage you to rent this condo.

The experience was muy bien. The first day there will be some getting to know where everything is and how it works. But Pablo was very responsive to our needs. I strongly recommend this place for some peace and quiet and watch the mega yachts go by

Great spot

If your looking for a safe quiet out of the way place to relax, this is it! Felt like an old world town in Europe somewhere! Only issue for me was the elevator was out of service for my entire stay, other than that very nice, very comfortable, and Pablo was always available and helpful with anything I needed to ask him about, it was all good!

The best vacation spot in DR (five stars)

My husband and I are regular vacation travelers and would rate this place as the nicest, best located, and best value of all the places we have been to. The place is very clean, modern, has everything we needed to feel at home, and is an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. The unit is close to a large supermarket, which was convenient, as well as many restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment to anyone looking to relax while observing the spectacular view from the balcony overlooking the marina. We keep choosing this listing every time we visit the Cap Cana, Punta Cana areas. Thank you, Pablo, for being such a fantastic host.

Spacious apartment with water view

Excellent location on the Marina North in Cap Cana. Spacious top floor balcony with a great view and amazing sunsets. All the amenities with a comfortable bed in a quiet bedroom....modern design with nice tile floors....will definitely return!

Top notch place. Super helpful host.

My wife and I had a wonderful two weeks. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay. Everything works perfect. The view from the balcony is spectacular anytime of the day, even saw some manatees grazing on the sea grass. The pools and the restaurants, within easy walking distance, are spectacular. We highly recommend this place for a high end relaxing retreat.

wonderful rest break

my wife and I had a wonderful rest break between two weeks of major work projects. The Apartment is nicely situated overlooking the water front. We enjoyed just relaxing together with out any issues. thank you for preparing the apartment for us and for the enjoyable and peaceful stay.

Good Stay with just a few minor issues

Checkin Process/Property: The check-in process went very smoothly and Pablo made sure I had all the needed material before I arrived. The property itself is perfect for a couple with a great view overlooking the marina from the 4th floor balcony. I had no issues with the A/C with the temperature in the room remaining very comfortable. The Wifi was rather lackluster and would be the main improvement that could be needed. I also noticed several long hairs from previous guests in the bathroom but besides that I thought the unit was very well maintained. Would also like to pass along that hot water in the unit seemed to fluctuate depending on the time of day with nothing more that lukewarm water during the morning hours which made showering a little unenjoyable. Food/Restaurants: This trip was business related for me, so I did more cooking in the kitchen than eating out. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic necessities but it would have been nice if there was some cooking oil and basic spices. Also, keep in mind you'll need lots of of bottled water since the tap water is unusable. I ate at two restaurants, Little John at Juanillo Beach and Barbudo. Both highly recommended. It appeared some of the restaurants were all inclusive and was offered a $90/day deal at check in which I declined. Resort Environment: Not sure how to describe it. At times it seemed eerily quiet, which I didn't mind one bit, but the time of year might have been the main reason. The resort has 3 pools with the biggest one around a 5 minute walk from the unit. Lots of little shops and restaurants around the complex but it seemed some of the places were never opened or at least didn't follow their posted hours.

Wonderful Location!

Really nicely furnished apartment for two, set in an amazing complex with lots to do and great relaxation! Apartment could do with a little ventilation pre check in as ac is not constantly on.

Magnifico!!!

O lugar é lindo e o apto de Pablo fica no alto e com vista provilegiada!!! O all inclusive é opcional (us$ 100) por noite e por pessoa. Não pegamos pq apto tem cozinha e fazíamos algo rápido!! Tem monitores na piscina é muito gentis, especialmente Mickey Mouse e Minie (Arlete). Na piscina do Village podemos comprar água ou coquetéis por us$ 7.50! Para usar a praia tem que ir ao Alsol Tiara (chique e novo, menos de um ano) que fica ao lado!! o acesso é rápido/ perto!!! Tem Lojas e restaurantes no Village pagando pelo consumo!! Pablo foi prestativo e voltaremos mais vezes!!! Tudo é exatamente como nas fotos, inclusive à vista e o lindo por do sol da sacada!! Filipe

Absolutely beautifull

This apartment is very tasteful decorated and appointed. The property is nestled between two all inclusive properties which you have the option to buy into and it is well worth it. We will be back with our family.

Amazing host and amazing stay

There is nothing I can say that would communicate what an amazing experience I had and what an amazing host Pablo is. The view from the balcony is amazing and the complex is as beautiful as it gets. Will be coming back in about a month or so.
