Step into a beautiful open-concept living and dining area. The living room has a sofa bed, TV, side tables and a ceiling fan for a cozy and cool atmosphere. Paintings on the walls add color to the minimalist design.

The dining table seats four, making it ideal for meals or small gatherings. A simple, functional space designed for comfort.

The kitchen, though compact, is equipped with all-white appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove, microwave, and blender—perfect for preparing meals with ease.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, complemented by a nightstand and bedside lamp, a dresser with mirror, a walk-in closet, and a ceiling fan for comfort.

The bathroom features a tub and shower combination, a toilet bowl and a vanity with a mirrored cabinet, providing both storage and a functional space for daily routines. A hair dryer is also provided for convenience.

The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only, as there is no elevator. It also features a shared front balcony where guests can enjoy fresh air and outdoor space.

Additionally, there is 1 designated parking space available in the parking lot in front of the building. This is a non-smoking property, and this home has Wi-Fi.

We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

Please note: Fire extinguishers are located outside the unit on the balconies of the first and second floors.

We are not responsible if any of the amenities are closed or not functional as they are managed by the community and we do not have any control.
